Following the Flag Raising Ceremony yesterday, the Bangued West Central School community gathered for a meaningful 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀 celebrated by 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀.

The celebration served as a time for prayer, reflection, and thanksgiving, bringing together our learners, teachers, and school personnel in faith and unity.

We sincerely thank Fr. Allan Flores for leading us in this solemn celebration and for reminding our school community of the importance of faith, gratitude, and service.

May we always be guided by faith and a shared commitment to excellence and service.

Bangued West Central School, together with the Abra Special Education Center, joins in honoring 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗕. 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗼, 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗜, as she marks her 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 after 𝟯𝟵 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of dedicated service in education.

Held today, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at the 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, the celebration was filled with heartfelt messages, meaningful tributes, and cherished memories shared by colleagues, faculty, and staff.

The program featured a series of messages from colleagues, with 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗛𝗲𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗴 𝗠. 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗲𝘀 delivering the first message, followed by 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗮 𝗩. 𝗝𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗲𝗿, 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗠. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗹, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝗔. 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻, 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗟𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀, 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗕. 𝗚𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗿. 𝗘𝘅𝘂𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗗. 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀. The celebration also included tribute presentations, a special presentation from the faculty and staff, and the presentation of the certificate and tokens of appreciation, symbolizing the lasting impact of her service.

Ma'am May B. Arconado gave a meaningful closing message highlighting the achievements and legacy of Ma'am Eleanor Belandres Africano.

As you close this chapter of your professional journey, may you look back with pride on the countless lives you have touched and the legacy you have built through 39 years in the service of education.

Anchored on the theme, “𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗗𝗢: 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀,” the activity formally recognized the newly elected officers as partners of the school in promoting learner welfare, strengthening school-community partnership, and supporting the effective implementation of various school programs and activities.

𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙄𝙄 𝙈𝙖’𝙖𝙢 𝙈𝙖𝙮 𝘽. 𝘼𝙧𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙙𝙤 delivered the opening remarks, while 𝙈𝙧. 𝙅𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙡 𝘿. 𝘽𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙨, 𝙎𝙋𝙏𝘼 𝙋𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩, delivered the acceptance and closing remarks.

Adding vibrancy to the occasion were performances from the Bulalayaw Dance Troupe and the newly inducted SELG Officers.

Bangued West Central School officially kicked off the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 earlier today, 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, through a meaningful 30-minute program held immediately after the flag-raising ceremony at the BWCS Covered Court.

The short yet heartfelt celebration brought together our teachers, non-teaching personnel, and SELG officers in honoring the dedication, passion, and invaluable contributions of our educators.

The program featured an opening prayer, the singing of the National Anthem, intermission performances, messages of gratitude, distribution of tokens, and closing remarks. Adding joy to the celebration were the BULALAYAW Dance Troupe and the active participation of our SELG officers.
