Let's shine light on managing stress and promoting well-being. Stress is our normal response to life’s changes, pressure and challenges. When triggered, it affects nearly every system of our body, influencing how we feel, think and behave. Stress is inevitable and can cause physical and mental health problems when it becomes chronic.

This month, we are reminded that taking care of oneself is important. Here are some healthy stress management techniques to get through overwhelming situations and build your resilience. 🧠✨

As graduation ceremonies evolve, the trends anticipated for 2026 reflect a significant shift towards personalization, sustainability, and meaningful engagement. The SAES celebrates the success of every learner during the 65th Graduation Ceremony on March 30, 2026 held at San Antonio covered court.

This transformation is driven by a desire to create memorable celebrations that resonate with graduates’ personal journeys and values. The occasion makes more memorable with the presence of Ma'am Atmosfera Analyn PSDS of Bangued District together with Hon. Gladys Damasen Plurad SB Member of Bangued.

Highlights of the celebration is the message delivered by Sueleah A. Buenafe, RN serves as the Guest Speaker emphasizing the story of the "Pencil and the Eraser".

On behalf of the teaching and non-traching staff of San Antonio ES headed by Sir Kristoffer Ryan Bigcas Ulibas HT1 we would like to extend our warmest thank you for the wonderful journey in School Year 2025-2026.

With hearts overflowing with profound pride and unshakeable gratitude to the Almighty, San Antonio Elementary School hereby declares the magnificent, victorious, and harmonious success of the just concluded Year 2 of its hallmark SHDP intervention program: Project RYAN (Re-enforcing Young Achievers in Numeracy). This groundbreaking Numeracy Development Program, dedicated exclusively to our Key Stage 1 Learners (Grades 1-3), has cemented its legacy not just as a curriculum improvement initiative, but as a revolution of numerical literacy at the foundational level.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝: 𝙄𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚
Under the inspired and indomitable leadership, Project RYAN dared to re-imagine mathematical pedagogy. By integrating unique, carefully curated indigenous manipulative materials into daily instruction, our teachers transformed numbers from abstract, intimidating concepts into tangible, familiar allies. This visionary reliance on our cultural heritage not only made mathematics accessible but made it a source of joy, discovery, and proud identity for our youngest learners.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲
The true greatness of Project RYAN Year 2 was revealed during its final stretch. It was implemented amidst the powerful undertow of lay-low academic aspiration, a standard seasonal challenge caused by the immense pressure of End of the School Year (EOSY) activity preparations. While the academic fire naturally threatened to dim, Project RYAN refused to be extinguished. It stood as a bastion of intellectual engagement, serving as the essential catalyst that kept the learners' fire burning fiercely, ensuring their academic spirit remained blazing right up to the final seconds of their school year.

The Ultimate Harvest: Championing Excellence. From this unyielding labor came a monumental harvest. The apex of this journey was reached when a phenomenal young achiever, nurtured entirely through Project RYAN’s methods, rose above the rest to become a Qualifier Participant in the prestigious Mathematics Quiz Bee on March 26, 2026. This monumental achievement is the crowning jewel of the project, serving as the definitive proof that numerical excellence is not determined by resources alone, but by innovation, dedication, and faith.

This triumphant culmination is the resounding resonance of collaborative brilliance. We offer our deepest commendation to the steadfast Key Stage 1 Teachers. Your harmonious assistance, dedication to pedagogical crafting, and refusal to tire ensured that Project RYAN was executed with precision and passion. You are the artisans who shaped these young minds, turning potential into prowess.

San Antonio Elementary School stands proud, knows its achier are re-enforced, and its foundation is unshakeable. To God be the glory for this extraordinary victory!

The graduation mass and thanksgiving was offered by the SAES candidates for completion and graduation at San Antonio de Padua Chapel on March 25, 2026 at 8:00 AM. It was officiated by Rev. Fr. Simon Petrus Koten SVD assisted by the Catechist.
