On October 3, 2024, our grade 9, 10, and 12 students of Regional Science High School for Region I dived into the exciting world of STEM during our 2024 ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐! Throughout the day, with eager hands and sharp minds, they delved into the fascinating world of laboratory techniques, learning how to conduct experiments with precision and accuracy alongside ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐น๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐๐ต ๐ง๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฐ๐ผ, IACUC Chairperson at DMMMSU-NLUC, and ๐ ๐. ๐ก๐ถ๐ธ๐ธ๐ฎ ๐. ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐๐ฎ, Laboratory Assistant at DMMMSU-NLUC.
The students also discovered the power of statistics, gaining insights into how to analyze and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions, turning science and statistics into something tangible and real with ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐น๐ผ๐๐๐ถ๐๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ผ, Dean of the College of Graduate Studies at DMMMSU-MLUC.
It was truly inspiring to witness their exploration of natureโs mysteries as they collaborated on projects that pushed the boundaries of their knowledge. Their energy and curiosity were evident as they worked side by side, piecing together discoveries and finding solutions. Moments like these remind us of the incredible potential our students hold, and the profound impact STEM education can have on their futures.
