The SNCFI BECEd Department , headed by their dedicated Governor, Ellen C. Manulat, together with the VOICE Advocates of Santo Nino College Foundation Inc., led by their proactive Mayor, Morgan B. Polonan, recently took a bold step in championing Inclusive Education.

The Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (BECEd) program of Santo Nino College Foundation, Inc. (SNCFI), in partnership with the VOICE Advocate Club, successfully conducted an outreach program and MOU signing at Little Baguio Elementary School on January 15, 2026. Through interactive games, storytelling, and community engagement, future educators promoted inclusive, child-friendly learning while forging a lasting partnership to support every learner’s growth.

More than just a visit—a lasting commitment.

​Yesterday, the BECED Program of Santo Nino College Foundation Inc. and Little Baguio Elementary School officially became partners! The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during our outreach program serves as a formal promise to continue supporting one another in the mission of inclusive education.

​This milestone was made possible through the leadership and shared vision of our BECED Program Coordinator and the School Head of Little Baguio Elementary School. Their dedication to institutional collaboration ensures that our efforts today will lead to sustainable support for the learners of tomorrow.

​It was an honor to have the faculty and staff of both schools witness this ceremony. We believe that under this professional guidance, the VOICES Advocates Club and our BECED Officers can create a deeper, more lasting impact on the lives of these wonderful children.
