Serafin Madrid Sr. Memorial Elementary School, in cooperation with Barangay Belen under Hon. Brgy. Captain Antonio Aposaga, with Brgy. Kagawad Bryan Gil Benagua & Belen SK Chairperson Airah Joy Bayson conducted reading assessments for KS1 & KS2 learners.

This supports Road to Zero Illiteracy by the Liga ng mga Barangay and aligns with our school’s advocacy- “Every Child a Reader, Every Reader a Learner”.

With the guidance of PSDS Dr. Catherine L. Betita, Sir Gerald Ansino, and Sir Florencio Bagaforo, we unite school and community toward zero illiteracy.
