SESSION 3 | Championing Emotional Safety in the Academic Environment
Opening Day 2 of the Regional Assembly of Education Leaders (RAEL) 2026, Dr. Leah S. Corpuz, Founder and CEO of LASC Learning Solutions, delivers a powerful session on โ€œChampioning Emotional Safety in the Academic Environment.โ€
She began with a simple demonstration using water: children begin like clean water, but as they move through life, their experiences and environments can slowly make that water murky. And when those children grow up to become teachers and school leaders, the wounds left unaddressed may unknowingly spill into the lives of the learners they are meant to nurture.
The demonstration carried a compelling reminder: educators do not only bring knowledge into the classroom, but we bring ourselves. See less

Eraldo, Medical Specialist II of the Iloilo Provincial Health Office; and Leonil T. Salvilla, Public Schools District Supervisor of the Schools Division of Iloilo. Villanueva, Prof. Rudinia J. Dayot, Ms. Charisse Arianne P. Sombito, and Ms. Anna Mae A. Secherita.
