Balungao Central School proudly participated in the Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony in commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award.

Led by Principal III Rodolfo T. Caseres Jr., with the presence of Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Mildred Coloma Espiritu and the Philippine National Police (PNP), the activity reaffirmed our commitment to patriotism, national unity, and love for the Philippines.
