📌2ND QUARTER MOOE REPORT, BUWAN NG WIKA CONSULTATION, & TRANSPARENCY BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT 📋🇵🇭

In line with our commitment to transparency, accountability, and strong school-community partnership, Tonga Elementary School successfully conducted the presentation of the 2nd Quarter Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) Fund.

During the assembly:
▪️Financial Transparency: Parents and stakeholders were provided with official copies of the Cash Disbursement Report to ensure open governance.
▪️Cultural Planning: The administration presented the proposed projects and activities for the upcoming Buwan ng Wika celebration, gathering valuable input and support from our parent community.

PROPOSED PROJECT: Conversion of Stage to Makeshift Classroom and School Landmark.

📌 ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL STAKEHOLDERS:

In the spirit of complete openness, all parents, community members, and stakeholders are warmly invited to inspect and verify all posted financial and liquidation reports on our official Transparency Board located at the pathwalk on the left side if you are facing the classrooms

📚 Tonga Elementary School's First School Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session successfully conducted last JULY 29, 2026 to strengthen teachers' professional growth, promote collaborative learning, and enhance instructional practices.

Snacks were provided to teaching personnel with an allotted budget of ₱120.00 per participant, charged against MOOE funds, in accordance with existing budgeting and accounting rules and regulations.

📌STRICT IMPLEMENTATION OF "NO ID, NO ENTRY" POLICY

To ensure the safety, security, and orderly environment within our school premises, we are strictly enforcing the "NO ID, NO ENTRY" Policy starting MONDAY, AUGUST 3, 2026.

All learners are required to wear their official School ID at all times upon entering and while inside the campus.

👮‍♂️ Campus Gate Inspection:
▪️Duty Tanods / Safety Officers stationed at the main gate are authorized and responsible for checking the IDs of all entering students, school staff, and visitors.
▪️Everyone is expected to show full cooperation and respect to our personnel on duty.

📌 Key Reminders:

ZERO COLLECTION: Student IDs were provided free of charge through the school’s Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) fund.

DAILY WEAR: IDs must be worn around the neck using the official school lanyard upon entering the gate.

SAFETY FIRST: This policy helps us monitor campus access and protect our learners at all times.

We request the full cooperation of all parents, guardians, and learners. Thank you for helping us keep our school safe!

📌Issuance of FREE School IDs for School Year 2026-2027 😍

Good news, parents and learners!

As part of our commitment to ensuring safety, proper identification, and efficient delivery of school services, the school has officially released the personalized Student Identification Cards for our pupils.

This initiative is funded through the school’s Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE), ensuring that quality services and basic school needs are provided for our learners.
Please ensure that learners wear their IDs daily upon entering the school premises.

After 9 days, may Magandang balita!

Ang bilis naman 😍 for almost 200+ pupils, Halos 90% na ng mga School ID para sa ating mga mag-aaral ang matagumpay na naigawa at naihanda. Malapit na malapit na ninyong magamit ang mga ito!

Ilang kembot na lang at kumpleto na ang lahat.
Ready na ba ang lahat mag-aura sa kanilang bagong ID? 😉📸

📣MUNICIPAL SPTA FEDERATED ELECTION UPDATE

Isang mapagpalang araw!

Buong galak naming ibinabalita na matagumpay na naidaos kanina ang Municipal SPTA Federated Election sa Calumpang Central School, Balud South District.

Sa pagtitipong ito, pinatunayan ng mga pinuno ng magulang mula sa iba't ibang paaralan ang kanilang malasakit at dedikasyon sa pagsusulong ng mas maayos at mas progresibong edukasyon para sa ating mga anak.

Isang malaking pagbati at pagkilala para kay Gng. Joana Refil Ombas- Abella , ang ating butihin at masipag na SPTA President, sa kanyang pagkakahalal bilang bagong VICE PRESIDENT ng Municipal SPTA Federation. Nawa'y magsilbi itong inspirasyon upang lalo pa nating pag-igtingin ang ating serbisyo para sa kapakanan ng mga mag-aaral at ng buong komunidad.

Pagbati rin sa ating napakasigasig at maaasahang AP Coordinator, Gng. Ma. Millou Mabal Bones , Master Teacher I, sa kanyang aktibong partisipasyon at suporta sa gawaing ito.

Mabuhay ang SPTA! Mabuhay ang mga magulang! Sama-sama tayo para sa edukasyong may kalidad.

Serving the community, supporting our school! 🏫🌱

In coordination with the Local Barangay Officials headed by HON. FRANCISCO O. ROJO JR., our dedicated on-duty Barangay Tanods were on the ground today at Tonga Elementary School, using brush cutters to trim overgrown grass and keep the campus grounds clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
