Isang napakagandang araw ang bumungad sa mga g**o at mag-aaral dahil sa mga mesa't upuan na natanggap ng paaralan mula sa Kagawaran ng Edukasyon ngayong araw ng Lunes, ika-18 ng Marso 2024.

Tuluyan ng naihatid ang 270 set na mesa at upuan para sa mga mag-aaral at 6 set naman para sa mga g**o na isa sa mga matagal ng kakulangan ng paaralan bago pa maitayo ang mga tatlong bagong classroom building noong panahon pa ng pandemya at dahil na rin sa patuloy na pagdami ng mga mag-aaral.

Ang mga nasabing kakulangan ay naideklara at nairequest pa noong administrasyon ni Gng. Jenifer Umbalin, PhD ang dating punong-g**o at G. Silvino Bing Siddayao Jr.,PhD bilang Public Schools District Supervisor ng distrito ng Ballesteros.

Lubos naman ang galak at pasasalamat ng buong pamunuan ng paaralan, mga mag-aaral, mga magulang at iba pang mga stakeholders dahil sa mga mesa't upuan na natanggap sa mga naging bahagi para maisakatuparan ang mga pangangailangan ng paaralan.

NARANIAG A BALLESTEROS!
NARIDAM A FUGU ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Fugu Elementary School is currently accepting applications for Teacher I position. The application period is open from now until March 20, 2024.

To apply, you need to submit several documents:

a. Letter of Intent: This is a formal letter where you express your interest in the teaching position and explain why you would be a good fit.

b. Duly accomplished PDS(CS Form 212 Revised 2017): PDS stands for Personal Data Sheet. CS Form 212 Revised 2017 is a specific form you need to fill out with your personal information.

c. PRC license photocopy: You need to provide a photocopy of your Professional Regulation Commission license, which shows you are a certified professional teacher.

d. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/ Rating: This is proof that you passed the teachers exam (LET)

e. Photocopy of Scholastic/ Academic Record or TOR and Diploma: You need to submit copies of your academic records, including your Transcript of Records (TOR) and your diploma.

f. Photocopy of certificate of training: If you've undergone any training programs related to teaching, you need to submit proof of this.

g. Photocopy Certificate of employment: This is proof of your previous employment.

h. Photocopy of latest appointment (if applicable): If you've been appointed to a position before, you should submit a copy of that appointment.

i. Photocopy of Performance Rating if applicable last rating period: This is a document showing your job performance rating from your most recent rating period.

j. Omnibus of Sworn Statement on the certification on authenticity and veracity of the document submitted: and should be notarized This is a formal statement where you swear that all the documents you are submitting are authentic and accurate.

k. Other documents like MOVs and performance rating (all are photocopied):

MOVs refer to Means of Verification. These are documents that provide evidence of your achievements. You should also include photocopies of all your performance ratings.

Remember, it's important to ensure that all these documents are submitted by the deadline to be considered for the teaching position. Wishing you the best...
