HIGH SCHOOL PARENT LEARNING SESSION | FIRST TERM SY 2026–2027

The Montessori De Sagrada Familia, Inc. High School Department invites all parents and guardians to join our upcoming Parenting Learning Session, created to provide guidance and support as the students navigate the different challenges and changes of adolescence.

Becoming Our Teenager’s Safe Space is designed to help parents and guardians better understand the world of today’s teenagers. Through meaningful insights and practical strategies, participants will reflect on how they can strengthen communication, build trust, respond with empathy, and create a home environment where their children feel safe to share their thoughts, struggles, and experiences.

At the end of the seminar, parents and guardians will be able to:

1. Understand the developmental needs of teenagers, particularly their emotional, social, and psychological changes and challenges.
2. Recognize the importance of being a safe space where teenagers feel accepted, heard, understood, and supported.
3. Identify practical ways to respond to their teenagers’ struggles and concerns while maintaining healthy boundaries and parental guidance.
4. Reflect on their current parenting approach and identify areas for growth in strengthening their relationship with their teenager.
5. Encourage stronger parent-teen relationships that foster trust, respect, emotional safety, and resilience.

𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, 𝐉𝐨𝐲𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲

From prayers to purposeful action, our Sagradans celebrated the culmination of Peace Consciousness Month by embracing peace, kindness, and unity.

The celebration began with a Thanksgiving Mass, followed by the Peace Forward Donation Drive to Jacinto Ponce Elementary School, led by our Student Council and selected Grade 6 pupils.

On campus, students brought peace to life through Paper Dove, symbolizing peace and unity; the Peace Wall, where they shared their personal peace promises; and the Joyful Community Builders Exhibit.
The celebration also highlighted Bullying Prevention and Conflict Resolution activities, empowering learners to stand against bullying, seek help when needed, and resolve disagreements through empathy, respect, and peaceful choices.

Together, we are building a community where every Sagradan feels safe, valued, and supported. Peace begins with us, and every heart has a part in creating a joyful community.

B.I.N.H.I.: Bulacan’s Identity, Narratives, Heritage, and Ingenuity
An Education Heritage Visit Across Bulacan

Sa nagdaang isang taon, nagkaroon ng pagkakataon ang ating mga mag-aaral na mabisita, matunghayan, at mas mapahalagahan ang kasaysayan at hitik na kultura ng Lungsod ng Baliwag, kabilang ang mga pamanang iniwan ng mga taong humubog sa ating lokal na pagkakakilanlan.
Sa pagpapatuloy ng paglalakbay na ito, ilang bayan naman sa Bulacan ang naging silid-aralan ng ating mga mag-aaral sa ikawalong baitang.

Sa Museo de Pulilan sa bayan ng Pulilan, Barasoain Church, Museo ng Republika ng 1899, Museo ng Kasaysayang Pampulitika ng Pilipinas – Casa Real Shrine sa Malolos, at Marcelo H. del Pilar Shrine sa Bulakan, nasaksihan nila ang mga kuwento, bagay, gusali, lugar, at alaala na patuloy na nagsasalaysay kung paano nabuhay at patuloy na namumuhay ang mga tao, pamayanan, at bayan ng Bulacan.

Ang pagbisitang ito ay bahagi ng B.I.N.H.I., isang interdisciplinary Project-Based Learning experience na naglalayong ilapit ang mga mag-aaral sa tunay na pamana ng kanilang lalawigan—sa pamamagitan ng pagmamasid, pagtatanong, dokumentasyon, pananaliksik, at pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga pamanang lugar at institusyon.

Sapagkat ang kasaysayan ay hindi lamang matatagpuan sa mga pahina ng aklat.
Ito ay nasa mga haligi ng mga gusali na nanatili, sa mga bagay na iniwan, sa mga kuwentong ipinasa, at sa mga lugar na patuloy na nagbibigay-kahulugan sa ating pagkakakilanlan.

Mula Baliwag, patungo sa Pulilan, Malolos, at Bulakan—patuloy nating binabagtas ang mga bakas ng kahapon upang higit na maunawaan ang Bulacan ng ngayon.

PEACE CONSCIOUSNESS MONTH | CULMINATING ACTIVITY

From prayers to purposeful action, our Sagradans celebrated the culmination of Peace Consciousness Month by bringing peace to life through meaningful activities.

The celebration began with a Thanksgiving Mass, followed by the Peace Forward Donation Drive to Jacinto Ponce Elementary School, led by our Student Council and selected Grade 6 pupils. On campus, students expressed their commitment to peace through Paper Crane Making and Hanging, symbolizing peace and unity; the Peace Wall, where they shared their personal peace promises; and the Joyful Community Builders Exhibit. 𝖦𝖱𝖠𝖣𝖤 11 and 12 INDUSTRY VISIT | BEYOND THE PLATE

Our Senior High School Sagradans enrolled in Kitchen Operations and Food & Beverage Operations gained firsthand exposure to the hospitality industry as they explored the actual processes behind food preparation, service, and guest experience.

Through their visits to Pulong Kabyawan Agricultural Farm and El Rio Adventura Café at San Rafael River Adventure, students had the opportunity to observe industry practices, interact with professionals behind the kitchen and service areas, and participate in hands-on activities that strengthened their understanding of hospitality operations.

This learning experience allowed our students to appreciate the teamwork, creativity, and professionalism involved in creating quality food and service experiences for guests.

A meaningful journey that helped our Sagradans discover the people and practices that make every dining experience possible, truly exploring what lies beyond the plate.
