Today, we commemorate EDSA People Power at 40, a moment in history that reminds us of the strength of unity and shared purpose.

Forty years ago, Filipinos stood together and showed the world the power of peaceful action. It remains a meaningful chapter in Philippine history, one that continues to inspire love for the country.

As a learning community, we honor this day by reflecting on the values it represents and by encouraging our students to become responsible, compassionate, and engaged citizens.

Before we close the year, we take a moment to reflect on the work accomplished during the first half of the academic year.

The first semester marked a new chapter for SSITE. We established a clearer identity with the launch of the 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗼, strengthened our internal foundation through 𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗰-𝗨𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, and reinforced our commitment to good governance through the ratification of 𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘆-𝗟𝗮𝘄𝘀.

We also recognized the value of mentorship through the 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗘 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, engaged with broader industry discussions at the 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, and fostered student connection and participation through 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗘! 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

Each initiative was guided by a simple purpose: 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘢 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳, 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘊𝘐𝘛𝘌 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴.

As we move forward, we carry these foundations into the coming semesters with focus, responsibility, and continued commitment.

The 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, together with the 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, proudly congratulates our students 𝗔𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹 𝗜. 𝗦𝘁𝗮. 𝗔𝗻𝗮, former SSITE Business Manager, and 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗶 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗼 for representing Baliuag University at 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮: 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, held last November 5–6, 2025, in Singapore.

Under the guidance of Dr. Frederick A. Inoncillo, CLAGE Professor, and alongside their teammates Mr. James Victor R. Santiago and Mr. Jerick Lian Parungao, they presented 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙀𝘿: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙤𝙭 𝙀𝙘𝙤 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧, an innovative project that addresses the growing issue of internet overconsumption. Their team earned remarkable recognition:

Their dedication and technical excellence brought pride not only to our department but to the entire university. They showed that technology, when paired with purpose, can move beyond innovation and become a tool for real-world change, creating meaningful impact on both people and communities. 🌎

The doors are open and the ride has officially begun, so buckle up as we cruise into another chapter of our academic journey. Let’s kick off this semester with big smiles, fresh energy, and the hope that our seatmate is smart—or at least survives the assignments with us. As we move closer to that long-awaited title and diploma, may we embrace every challenge, celebrate every small win, and laugh at the chaos that college life brings.

A new semester means new opportunities, new lessons, new friends, and yes—new deadlines that will test our strength, patience, and WiFi connection. But don’t worry, we’re all in this crazy ride together, and together, we’ll survive it like true BU students.

𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, you survived your first semester. Keep going and keep learning at your own pace. This is still all new, so take a breath and trust that you’re growing more than you realize. 🌱

𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, the ride might feel faster this time. Heavier lessons, more responsibilities, and bigger expectations. Remember that steady progress is still progress. ✊

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, thesis season is getting real. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. One task at a time, one chapter at a time. You don’t have to carry it alone. 📚

𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, the final stretch isn’t always glamorous. OJT, final requirements, and the quiet pressure of “What’s next?” But you’ve come too far to underestimate yourself. 🎓
