Student Leaders Participate in Youth Hours 2026 Leadership Workshop at Holy Angel University
ANGELES CITY, Pampanga β Selected student leaders, together with the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), participated in **Youth Hours 2026**, a leadership workshop hosted by Holy Angel University on June 19, 2026.
The event was organized by **TOSP Reach**, the youth engagement and leadership development initiative of the **Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP)**, a national organization committed to recognizing, developing, and empowering student leaders who exemplify academic excellence, leadership, and service.
Youth Hours 2026 gathered student leaders, student affairs officers, and practitioners from colleges, higher education institutions (HEIs), and universities across Central Luzon, including participants from Bulacan, Zambales, Olongapo City, and Pampanga. The program served as a platform for leadership development, knowledge sharing, and meaningful discussions on youth empowerment, civic engagement, and nation-building.
Representing the institution were selected student leaders from various accredited student organizations: Mary Rose Asoro, Rain Pauline Gomez, Venice Andrea Marquez, and Francheska Mae Quinto. They were accompanied by Mr. Yannick Andrei M. Manalansan, Head of the Office of Student Affairs.
Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in interactive sessions, leadership discussions, and collaborative activities designed to strengthen their leadership competencies and inspire them to become agents of positive change within their institutions and communities.
The participation of the institutionβs delegates reflects its continuing commitment to developing student leaders who embody excellence, integrity, and service. The insights and experiences gained from Youth Hours 2026 are expected to further enhance student leadership initiatives and contribute to building a more engaged and empowered campus community.
The institution extends its gratitude to TOSP Reach and Holy Angel University for providing an avenue that inspires young leaders to pursue purposeful leadership and meaningful community engagement.

Hooray!
The Financial Literacy for Students seminar was conducted to equip learners with essential knowledge and practical skills in managing finances responsibly. The activity aimed to enhance studentsβ understanding of budgeting, saving, and making informed financial decisions as part of their preparation for adult life.
The seminar was graced by Mr. Ricky So of Fast Exchange, a well-renowned speaker in financial matters, who generously shared his expertise and real-world insights. His engaging discussion emphasized financial discipline, goal setting, and wise decision-making, leaving the participants inspired and better equipped to manage their personal finances.
The program was further enriched by the participation of the Japanese Language Program, led by Ms. Kriza, which added a meaningful cultural and educational dimension to the activity. This segment provided students with additional learning exposure and contributed to the overall success and depth of the seminar.
Special appreciation is extended to the student leaders who played a vital role in the successful implementation of the seminar, namely Ms. Jean Heart, Ms. Christine Sarmiento, Ms. Rose Angeli Encela, Ms. Jahnice Manuzon, Mr. Aaron Constantino, Ms. Ellaine Cantillana, Ms. Glendalyn Ventura, and Ms. Rhian Jade Ramos, along with many others who contributed their time, effort, and dedication. Their teamwork and commitment ensured the smooth and effective conduct of the activity.
Above all, heartfelt gratitude is extended to Mr. Ricky So for sharing his expertise and passion for financial education, and to the institution for continuously providing meaningful learning opportunities that promote student empowerment, lifelong learning, and holistic development.
