The FCAT Guidance and Counseling Department, in partnership with the FCAT - Scholars' Network, congratulates the winners of the Social Media Video-Making Contest held in celebration of World Mental Health Month 2025. The FCAT - MetaCognizers Guild secured both first and second place, while the Fcat Ballta earned third place. The department commends all participating colleges for their creativity and dedication in promoting mental health awareness through digital storytelling.

𝗠𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦│𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗢𝗻 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗔𝗯𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰

Through an interactive workshop led by Dr. Michelle Ann Abundo-Contreras and her team from Abundo Psychological Clinic, FCAT students learned practical ways to respond with empathy and care during times of crisis.

The activity encouraged collaboration, creativity, and awareness—empowering students to become mental health advocates within their community.
