Through an interactive workshop led by Dr. Michelle Ann Abundo-Contreras and her team from Abundo Psychological Clinic, FCAT students learned practical ways to respond with empathy and care during times of crisis.

The activity encouraged collaboration, creativity, and awarenessโ€”empowering students to become mental health advocates within their community.
