IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NO ID, NO ENTRY POLICY

Reminder for Term 2

To All Parents, Students, Teachers, Employees, Visitors, and Stakeholders:

As we prepare to begin Term 2, the High School Department of Marian College of Baliuag reminds everyone that the NO ID, NO ENTRY POLICY remains strictly in effect within the school premises.

This policy continues to be implemented as part of the school's strengthened safety, security, and campus access measures. All members of the Marian community are expected to comply with this policy at all times.

Under this policy:
All students, employees, parents, visitors, suppliers, and individuals transacting with the school, including tuition fee payors, must present a valid identification card (ID) before entering the school premises.

Students and employees must present their official school-issued or company-issued ID upon entry.

Visitors and non-school personnel shall be required to:
Present and surrender one (1) valid government-issued or company-issued ID to the security guard;
Record their name, purpose of visit, and other necessary details in the Visitor's Logbook; and
Wear the Visitor's Pass issued by the security guard while inside the campus.

Upon leaving the school premises, visitors must surrender their Visitor's Pass to the security guard, after which their identification card will be returned.
Parents and Guardians' Cooperation

We also seek the continued cooperation of parents and guardians in helping us maintain a safe and secure learning environment by:

Reminding your child to bring and properly wear their school ID every school day;

Checking your child's bag and belongings before leaving for school to help ensure that no prohibited or dangerous items are brought onto campus; and

Informing your child's Adviser, Program Coordinator, or Guidance and Counseling Office if you observe unusual behavior, emotional distress, or any matter that may affect your child's safety or the well-being of others.

As we move forward to Term 2, we encourage everyone to remain vigilant and consistent in following the school's safety and security protocols. The implementation of the No ID, No Entry Policy applies throughout the school year, and all students and members of the Marian community are expected to comply.

The safety and security of our students are shared responsibilities. Through everyone's cooperation, vigilance, and support, we can continue to uphold a safe, disciplined, and nurturing learning environment rooted in Marian values.

FIRST TERM OFFICIALLY CONCLUDED!

The First Term has officially come to a close!

With the distribution of report cards and the conduct of our Parent-Teacher Conference, our parents were given the opportunity to be updated on the academic performance and behavioral development of their sons and daughters. It was also a meaningful time to discuss what lies ahead for Term 2, with parents receiving clarified information on the upcoming academic and extracurricular schedules and activities.

We are truly grateful to our parents for continuously being our partners in education.

We believe that when school and home work together, we create a stronger foundation for the growth, welfare, and success of our learners.

As we welcome our Wellness Break, may our learners take this time to rest, relax, reflect, recharge, and simply breathe after the demands of the first term. May this break help them return with renewed energy, enthusiasm, and a fresh heart for learning.

To our dear parents, thank you for your trust, cooperation, and unwavering support. We look forward to seeing you again as we celebrate the conclusion of Term 2.

For now, let us allow our learners to enjoy their well-deserved break.

MITING DE AVANCE 2026 | SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

The voices of our young leaders will soon be heard as the Senior High School Miting de Avance 2026 takes place at the MCB grounds.

Our student candidates will have the opportunity to present their platforms, advocacies, and vision for the Senior High School community, giving their fellow learners the chance to hear their ideas, understand their goals, and learn more about their aspirations as student leaders.
