BEEE WHOOO YOUU AREEE FOR YOURR PRIIIDEEEEE 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Iba-iba tayo ng pinanggagalingan, karanasan, at kwento pero we share one fight: the right to be respected, to be safe, and to live as our true selves. Iba-iba pero iisa ang laban.
Magmahal at maging malaya sa paraang totoo sa sarili, walang takot, at walang paghingi ng paumanhin.
This June, we celebrate love, identity, and freedom in all its forms and stand with the LGBTQIA+ community in honoring courage and authenticity. Happy Pride Month! ✨️

Happy Birthday, Ma’am Jojie! 🥳
In the simple ways you listen, check in, and make space for people, you have helped so many feel seen and understood. A reliable part of the team who shows up, knows what needs to be done, and is always willing to lend a hand when needed. Thank you for the consistency and care you bring into what you do.
As you celebrate another year, we hope life gives back the same kindness and comfort you so freely share with others. May this year bring success in the things you work hard for, more moments worth smiling about, songs worth replaying, and people who bring light and comfort into your life too.
Wishing you all the good things your heart deserves. 💜

Last May 12, 2026, the GSO officially launched the NU S.A.M.A.H.A.N. program through its first session under the theme “You Have YOU: Tapping Resilience and Self-Compassion” for Senior High School students via MS Teams.
NU S.A.M.A.H.A.N. (Students Anchored by Mentorship, Acceptance, Hope, and Nurturing) is an NUB Guidance Services Office initiative that provides students with safe and reflective spaces that are especially responsive to those who may be navigating personal, family, or emotional challenges.
As the opening session of the program, it gave students time to pause, check in with themselves, and reflect on their own experiences and how they have been coping with life’s challenges. The session also encouraged a gentler and more understanding way of relating to oneself during difficult moments by learning to respond with understanding rather than criticism.
More than anything, it served as a meaningful start in building a more compassionate space for students, where emotional well-being is given room to grow.
The GSO looks forward to continuing and expanding similar sessions in the coming academic year to further support student well-being and development. 💙💛

Happy Mother’s Day! 🌷
Today, we celebrate the people who give us comfort, guidance, care, and support in ways that help us grow emotionally and mentally. To our mother figures who became a source of love and strength, their kindness can make a lasting impact on our well-being.
As we honor this special day, may we also remember that everyone’s story is different. Let us continue creating spaces filled with empathy, understanding, and compassion for one another. Because sometimes, healing begins with simply feeling seen, heard, and cared for. 🌸
