Up to 70% of the salt we eat is hidden in processed and packaged foods - such as sauces, canned food, cured meat, breads - not just the salt we add to our meals.

Choosing fresh, minimally processed foods can help reduce your salt intake and protect your heart.

๐ŸŒŸ BE A HEALTHY HERO! ๐ŸŒŸ

Hey, Ignacian Marian! Being a hero doesn't always mean wearing a capeโ€”sometimes it just means staying healthy and informed! ๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™€๏ธ

The Nipah Virus is something we need to watch out for. Here is your "Healthy Hero" Checklist to stay safe:

๐ŸŽ Wash your fruit: Always wash fruits thoroughly before eating.

๐Ÿšซ Don't share snacks with animals: Avoid fruits that look like they've been bitten by bats or birds.

๐Ÿงผ Soap is your sidekick: Wash your hands frequently with soap and water!

๐Ÿค’ Feeling sick? Tell your parents or come see me at the clinic if you feel a fever or headache coming on.

Check out the symptoms in the photo below! Letโ€™s keep our campus virus-free! ๐Ÿซโœจ
