"Painting dreams🧑🏻🎨 with the vibrant shades🎨 of hope, a lending hand reaches out to guide children towards their brightest tomorrow🌈"

We, the ARC 231 students taking NSTP 2, with the guidance of our Professor, Ms. Charmaine Meimban, set out on a committed journey to empower young learners with our project idea, "Teaching Chikiting🧑🏻🎨.
This project provides students from diverse backgrounds with an incredibly transforming learning experience, providing hope for marginalized communities.
We work to remove obstacles to education and realize each child's full potential via teamwork and unrelenting dedication.
Since our sponsors (Arch Robert Sunga, Arki-Balangkasan, Hon. Ferdinand V. Estrella ) are the foundation of our educational initiatives, we humbly acknowledge and thank them for their vital support.
Our ability to implement meaningful programs and provide a supportive atmosphere for the maturation of our future leaders is made possible by their steadfast dedication to promoting education.
We are really grateful for their cooperation and commitment to improving education, which will help create a better future for future generations.

"A Swipe of Brush: Architecture Students Pave Way through Mural Integration" 🎨🖌️

Under the supervision of Professor Charmaine Meimban, a group of NSTP 2 students representing section ARC 231 carried out an official site visitation at Baliwag South Central School on January 29, 2024. 🏫🚌

During the formal meeting, the team achieved a significant milestone in their community-based project endeavor .🎭 The students have actively partaken in discussions with the elementary school officials to discuss the draft of the Memorandum of Understanding into alignment with the acceptance and acknowledgment program to be executed on the last day of the project implementation. 💼🤝🏻

Collaborating seamlessly, they forged a comprehensive agenda to bring about a positive transformation in the school community's future. The collaboration highlights the mutual objective of enriching educational settings by introducing students to exquisite paintings, paving the way for them to uncover and cultivate their interest in the creative sphere. 👩🏻🎨🎨

On November 9, 2023, we celebrated the end of our NSTP 2 work immersion, and the Kamustahan Session served as the culmination of our entire journey. In the second seminar, we talked thoughtfully amongst the depths of Psychology 223 students, using the 4Ts principle as a guide: Think, Thank, Talk, Treat. With Professor Meimban by our side, we chatted and shared sincere questions about each other's well-being.

A sense of success and shared experiences filled the air. We stand together as we say goodbye to this intensive chapter, appreciative of the development and relationships made. We are filled with joy at this endeavor's accomplishment, which marks not just the conclusion of a program but also the start of enduring.

One week before the upcoming barangay and SK election, we must remain critical and discerning in our voting decisions.

In a voter education campaign led by ACT302 NSTP2 Students in the last 3rd term of AY. 2022-2023, entitled Tumindig at Makiisa para sa Kinabukasan ng Bawat Isa, the participants were imparted with some points to consider in voting- to wit, the Filipino four core values, the pillars of good governance, the practice of vote buying/selling, and being vigilant on misinformation.

We must seek out candidates who embody the values of being maka-Diyos, makatao, makakalikasan, and makabansa and individuals who demonstrate the eight pillars of good governance (Participation, Rule of Law, Transparency, Responsiveness, Consensus Oriented, Equity and Inclusiveness, Effectiveness and Efficiency, and Accountability.)

Furthermore, we are responsible for rejecting candidates who resort to the unethical practices of vote buying and selling, as these actions erode the foundations of our democracy and legal system.
Moreover, let us always fact-check information before accepting and sharing it, ensuring we do not inadvertently perpetuate misinformation. This way, we can collectively work toward an election representing our values and aspirations.

The group experienced participation, effectivity and efficiency in the orgranization of their community immersion.

Day 2, October 19, 2023: PSY 223 NSTP students, led by Professor Meimban, held a seminar emphasizing the significance of Gratitude. They highlighted the simple idea of being thankful for everything in everyday terms. Gratitude, in basic English, means appreciating the good things in your life - from a sunny day to the kindness of others. It's like saying "thank you" to life itself. An engaging activity called "Paper Plane" was introduced as part of the seminar. Students poured their feelings, thoughts, and emotions onto paper planes, using them to express their immediate sentiments. It was a heartwarming day of learning and appreciating the little things.
