2. Log in using the credentials below:

Example:

3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking “𝗜 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱.”
4. Set your 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱 for your BISU account.

Freshmen and transferee students enrolled this semester, we have created your official .edu.ph Google Workspace accounts with all the perks and privileges of the Education Plus License!

Please Note: This account is for educational purposes only. After graduation, the account will be automatically deleted or suspended due to inactivity.

To Access Your Account:

1. Go to https://bit.ly/bisu-account or your Google Classroom mobile app.
2. Log in to your new Google account using the following credentials:
• Username: bal_[ismisIDNumber].edu.ph
• Password: [lastname_ismisIDNumber]
• Example:
Username: [email protected]

3. Click "I Understand" after reading the Terms and Conditions.
4. Enter a new password for your BISU account.

Attention BISUANS!

We would like to inform all our alumni that we will be deleting BISU email accounts of our BISU Balilihan Alumni to give way to the creation of new accounts for our freshmen AY 2023-2024. This is due to the new policy of Google on storage and license limits of education(edu) accounts that started last July, 2022. We will be giving you time until August 11, 2023 to download your personal files from your BISU email.

BISU Google Workspace (GSuite) and ISMIS Credentials (username and password) are already available and have already been sent to your respective email address that you provided during the online application. If you haven’t received an email from us, kindly fill out this form for us to address your concerns - https://bit.ly/MIS-account-credential-concerns

Once you have the account credentials, you may now proceed to online enrolment and activation.

ANNOUNCEMENT!

TO ALL GRADUATES AND THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN SEPARATED FROM BISU BALILIHAN FOR WHATEVER REASON, (e.g. stopped attending the university, transferred to other institutions, or inactive users)

Please be informed that your BISU Google Workspace Account (formerly GSuite) will be deleted along with your data files on August 22, 2022.

This deletion is to facilitate the creation of new BISU Accounts for incoming first-year students for SY 2022-2023. Affected users will receive an e-mail notification. As a result, you should SAVE or TRANSFER ALL your files in your private account/backup drive before the effective deletion date.

For users that may have transferred to other BISU campuses, please e-mail the MIS Office of the campus you are affiliated with.
