Your Manong Junior Caravan has not only served our community, it has healed, nurtured, and renewed our faith in leadership that truly cares.
for the “ free tuli “, you did more than address a medical need. You lifted the weight of worry from out parents who could not afford it, given the fact that we are living in the mountain, with limited resources, that even a living almost can’t afford.
The “free check-ups” were a lifeline for elders and families silently battling illness, reminding them they are not forgotten.
And the free food and ice cream? Those were not mere snacks, they were gestures of love. For children who rarely taste such sweetness, and for parents straining to make ends meet, those moments were treasures, they will cherish forever.
The Honda grass cutters and tools given to Butin Elementary School were not just equipment, they were seeds of hope. You saw our struggles to maintain our school grounds and responded with grace.
Mayor Esmali, you have walked among us, listened to our stories, and turned our needs into action. Your caravan is a legacy of love, a promise that no one in our community will be left behind. You’ve shown us that leadership is not about power, but about kneeling to lift others up.
