Scientific Swimming Clinic by Pat Esguerra Swimming lesson is available in Metro Manila, Pampanga and Angeles City

The U.P Foundation for Gifted, through the scientific Swimming Clinic (SSC) is sponsoring a HYDROMECHANICS Swimming Program in selected areas to promote Sports, Fitness, and Water Safety. The sports aspect hopes to create a new breed of swimmers who could qualify for college scholarships and eventually for international competitions. The Fitness aspect’s health benefit includes asthma relief, card

iac health, therapeutic workouts for those with scoliosis and kyphosis and the trimming of excess weight resulting in smaller waistlines. The water safety aspects addresses the needless loss of lives through drowning during picnics, floods and the need for Tsunami preparedness.
