𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝟐 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬, 𝟏 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐫!

As part of the continuation of the District Meet 2025 of the Municipality of Baler, three schools faced off in the District Boxing Competition — Carmen T. Valenzuela Integrated School (CTVIS), Baler National High School (BNHS), and Baler Stand-Alone Senior High School (BSASHS).

We are beyond proud to share that our students brought home 2 Golds and 1 Silver! 🏅

𝐉𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐌. 𝐓𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧 (Grade 12) — Silver Medalist, after an intense bout against CTVIS. His determination and sportsmanship truly stood out.

𝐉𝐚𝐲-𝐍 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐨(Grade 12) — Gold Medalist, winning his first match against CTVIS and earning the gold after the opposing player from another school backed out from the competition. Truly a showcase of skill and grit!

𝐉𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐠 (Grade 11) — Gold Medalist, after dominating his match and securing a strong victory for the team.

All of these victories were made possible under the guidance of their proud coach, John Lloyd Lozano with their adviser, Sir Jomar H. Valdez who continues to train and inspire our young athletes.

They are now ready to represent the Baler District in the upcoming APAA, carrying not just their skills but also the pride of our school and community.🍀✨

𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞!

Today, our students were given a valuable opportunity to learn about the Entrance Examination of the Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific (MAAP) for the Class of 2030. Through insightful discussions, they discovered the history of MAAP, its rich legacy, and heard real-life experiences from alumni who shared the highs and lows of their 4-year journey.

With the expert guidance of Public Employment Service Office (PESO) officers Jon Jon L. Olivar and Leidelmeir B. Mojica, students were encouraged to take the risk for MAAP, as it could be their gateway to a world of endless opportunities on the high seas.

𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇 𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 - 𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐂

Yesterday, we had the honor of hosting a seminar entitled 𝘍𝘙𝘖𝘔 𝘚𝘐𝘓𝘌𝘕𝘊𝘌 𝘛𝘖 𝘚𝘜𝘗𝘗𝘖𝘙𝘛: 𝘊𝘏𝘈𝘕𝘎𝘐𝘕𝘎 𝘛𝘏𝘌 𝘕𝘈𝘙𝘙𝘈𝘛𝘐𝘝𝘌 𝘈𝘉𝘖𝘜𝘛 𝘚𝘜𝘐𝘊𝘐𝘋𝘌, dedicated to raising awareness and promoting mental health literacy among our youth. Spearheaded by the Sangguniang Kabataan ng Barangay Calabuanan and led by Hon. Eunie May B. Fernando, SK Federation President of LGU Baler, the event focused on crucial topics like su***de prevention, resilience, and coping skills.

The day began with insightful words from Sir Robert Persia, Vice President of the BSASHS Faculty, followed by heartfelt messages from Hon. Eunie May B. Fernando and Dr. Marilyn R. Gante-Escotto.

In Sessions 1 and 2, expert speakers Judy Ann S. Julio, RPm, CHRA, and Jasmin L. Gutierrez, RN, led discussions on Understanding Mental Health and Su***de Prevention and Breaking the Silence.

This seminar not only equipped our students with the knowledge to navigate mental health challenges but also emphasized the importance of peer support and seeking help when needed. Thank you to all who contributed to this vital conversation. Together, we’re building a healthier and more supportive community for our youth.

Sinimulan ang aktibidad sa pambungad na pananalita ni Gng. Dono Harriet Sison, Punong-Guro ng BSASHS.

Aktibong pinaunlakan ng mga mag-aaral mula sa BSASHS, Aurora National Science High School (ANSCI), Carmen T. Valenzuela Integrated School (CTVIS), at Mariano L. Sindac Integrated School (MLSIS), ang unang naging aktibidad, ang Hydration Quiz Bee, ang ang nagkamit ng parangal na Gatorade dahil sila ay may nakamit na limang (5) puntos.

Gayundin, ang lahat ng mag-aaral na umabot sa halos 1000, ay nakiisa sa Fuel Up Move (G na G Exercise), sa pangunguna ng mga mananayaw ng Gatorade.

Nakatanggap ng mga donasyon mula sa Gatorade Fuel Tomorrow Academy ang lahat ng paaralang nakilahok: Baler Stand Alone Senior High School (BSASHS), Aurora National High School (ANHS), Aurora National Science High School (ANSCI), Carmen T. Valenzuela Integrated School (CTVIS), at Mariano L. Sindac Integrated School (MLSIS).

𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 | Kampeonato ang mga manlalaro ng Softball ng Baler Stand Alone Senior High School (BSASHS) Unit IV sa nagdaang District Meet na ginanap sa Calabuanan National High School (CNHS)noong Oktubre 11, 2025.

Naipamalas ang gilas ng mga athleta ng Unit IV laban sa Carmen T. Valenzuela Integrated School (CTVIS) Unit III sa unang laro pa lamang, ito ay nagtaya ng standing na 7-1 na pabor sa Unit IV.

Gayundin, pagkatapos ng laban ng Unit III at Mount Carmel College Secondary Level (MCC) Unit V na Unit III ang nagwagi, muling nakalaban ng Unit IV ang Unit III para sa championship.

Naiuwi ng Unit IV ang pagka-panalo sa Softball sa standing na 12-3 , at muli nilang irerepresenta ang Baler District sa nalalapit na Aurora Provincial Athletic Association (APAA), ito ay sa pagtutulungan ng mga manlalaro na sina Kayrie Flora, Yra Cabuñalda, Janine Gutierrez, Therese pimentel, Ladea Amatorio, Freya lopez, Maxine Lopez, Jhaimy Roche, Jurish Roche, Alquela Serrano, Angela Alcantara, Leidee Olivar, sa tulong ng kanilang tagapagsanay na sina Sir Dhan Roque, Ma'am Mira Flor Mercado, at Sir Asher Bihasa.

𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 | Gilas ng mga manlalaro ng Sepak ng Baler Stand Alone Senior High School (BSASHS) Unit IV, naipakita sa nagdaang District Meet sa Carmen T. Valenzuela Integrated School (CTVIS) noong Oktubre 10 at 11.

Unang araw pa lamang ng District Meet ay natunghayan na ang liksi ng mga Unit IV Sepak player na sina Joshua Mercado, Ryan Ahmed, Imran Gutierrez, at Benjie Baltazar, ito ay kanilang naipanalo sa standing na 17-15 at 15-11 laban sa Mount Carmel College Secondary Level (MCC) Unit V.

Gayundin, sa ikalawang araw, hindi man pinalad, ngunit hindi nagpatinag ang mga manlalaro ng Unit IV sa Unit V.

Gayunpaman, ang Unit IV ay nagtala ng standing na: 2 win, 1 lose, kaya nasungkit nila ang ikatlong pwesto sa nasabing palaro at dahil dito, may malaking posibilidad pa rin na sila ay makatungtong sa nalalapit na Aurora Provincial Athletic Association (APAA).

𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐍𝐀𝐍 | Nagpasiklab ng husay sa larangan ng Chess ang Baler Stand Alone Senior High School (BSASHS) sa nagdaang District Meet sa Baler National High School noong Oktubre 10 at 11.

Nakipagtunggali ang mag-aaral ng BSASHS Unit IV na si Clint Raiven Valencia sa apat(4) na kalaban.

Naiuwi ni Ginoong Valencia ang iskor na dalawa sa apat (2/4) sa unang araw, samantalang tatlo sa apat (3/4) na iskor naman sa pangalawa.

Nakamit ng Unit IV ang ikatlong pwesto sa Chess, ito ay dahil sa naipakitang gilas ni Ginoong Valencia sa tulong ng coach na si Gng. Nova E. Resueño.
