DAY 3: IN FULL BLOOM| SEJA BULWAGAN

“DAY 3 — THE SEEDS WE PLANTED ARE FINALLY IN FULL BLOOM.”

A garden doesn’t grow overnight. It takes patience, teamwork, and the willingness to keep nurturing what was planted. On Day 3 of the Student Leaders Summit, our leaders stepped into another level—turning ideas into discussions, challenges into teamwork, and lessons into growth. 🌿✨

Here’s what we harvested today:

🔎 QUEST 01 — SPOT THE BUG!
📜 Constitution Edition
Our leaders became Constitution Detectives! Through their group presentations, they spotted errors and identified provisions they believed needed improvement or change. Because just like a game, sometimes you have to find the bugs before you can level up.

🤝 QUEST 02 — TEAMWORK CHECK!
No solo farming today! 🌱 Our team-building activities tested communication, cooperation, strategy, and trust—proving that the strongest gardens are grown by people who know how to work together.

🌱 The seeds were planted.
💧 The ideas were watered.
🍎 The growth is being harvested.

Day 3 showed us that leadership isn’t just about having the right ideas—it’s about working together to make them grow.

NURTURING THE ROOTS: DAY 2 AT RETT HALL!

" DAY 2 WATCHING THEM TAKE ROOT AND BLOOM."

A single seed needs the right environment, collaboration, and action to grow into a fruitful tree. On Day 2 of the Student Leaders Summit, our student leaders moved from shared visions to active ex*****on, proving that leadership isn’t just held, it’s built together. 🤝✨

Here’s how the final day unfolded:

🎯 The Choosing Game
We kicked off with an energetic icebreaker that tested quick thinking and brought non-stop energy to RETT HALL! Beyond the fun, it was a powerful reminder of how individual choices shape the strength of a team.

💡 Project Proposals
Leaders put strategic thinking into action! Pitching creative, student-centered initiatives, every group demonstrated how to turn raw ideas into actionable, high-impact projects for our campus.

🌱 The roots are deep.

💡 The blueprints are ready.

🍎 The harvest will begun.

Day 2 proved that when passion meets structured ex*****on, real impact happens. Every leader leaves equipped to turn their purpose-driven seeds into lasting change!

🌱 A NEW SEED HAS BEEN PLANTED AT SEJA BULWAGAN!

"DAY 1 WAS MORE THAN JUST A PROGRAM—IT WAS THE BEGINNING OF SOMETHING REAL."

A garden has many kind of fruits, each with it's own purpose. In the same way, there are different organization each with it's own value and purpose. 🌱

We kicked things off with Student Organization Presentations, where passion met purpose and every vision reminded us why we choose to serve.

We dove into Budgeting & Finance, because leadership isn’t just about having great ideas—it’s about accountability, responsibility, and making every peso count for the students.

Then came the Oath Taking, where commitments were spoken with purpose, followed by the Turnover Ceremony, where leadership was passed on with trust, hope, and a shared responsibility to serve.

🌱 The soil is ready.
💡 The vision is planted.
🔥 The potential is waiting.

Student Leaders Summit Day 1 shows us how a truth came to life. The different organization introduced themselves and shared the achievements they accomplished during their term. From proposal, to programs, to initiatives—every group has a different story but a same heart to plant a seed with purpose.

𝙈𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣. 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝙖𝙠𝙤 𝙧𝙞𝙣.

Ayan na naman ang Agosto, ang buwan kung kailan bigla tayong lahat nagiging makata sa social media habang palihim na nagi-Google ng "Tagalog for sentence" at "Ano sa Filipino ang aesthetic?"

Maligayang 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗶𝗸𝗮! Ipagdiwang natin ang ating sariling wika—ang nag-iisang wika kung saan ang "Sige" ay pwedeng mangahulugang yes, maybe, goodbye, o sige, subukan mo lang at malalagot ka sa akin. Ito ang tunay na kulay, lambing, at chismis ng ating pambansang pagkakakilanlan!

Sa mundo ngayon na punong-puno ng banyagang slang, 'wag nating kalimutang balikan ang wikang humubog sa ating pagka-Pinoy. Mula sa malalalim na salita ng ating mga lolo't lola hanggang sa makabagong patama ng ating mga memes, ang bawat kataga ay patunay na buhay na buhay ang ating kultura. Kaya pagbigyan ang sariling magkamali sa grammar o mag-Nosebleed—ang mahalaga, bukas ang puso mong magsalita at magmalaki bilang Pilipino.

Sa makabagong panahon kung saan mas fluent pa tayo minsan sa wikang banyaga, ipaalala natin sa ating sarili na walang mas masarap sa pakiramdam kaysa sa pagpapahayag gamit ang sariling wika— dahil iba pa rin ang tama sa puso ng "𝙈𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙡 𝙆𝙞𝙩𝙖" kaysa sa "𝙄 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪."

Gamitin, payabungin, at ipagmalaki natin ang Wikang Filipino at ang lahat ng katutubong wika sa buong bansa! Hindi lang para sa school presentation o OOTD post ngayong Agosto, kundi sa bawat hirit, usapan, at kwento natin araw-araw!
