The Municipal Civil Registry Office LGU Baler Headed by Ms. Joyce V. Constantino Registration officer II proudly conducted a Birth Registration Assistance Program (BRAP) Seminar held at Baler Municipal Library/ Tech4ED DTC Level 1 to strengthen community awareness on the importance of birth registration and to equip local leaders and volunteers with the right knowledge in assisting unregistered individuals.
