𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐒𝐨𝐀𝐒 𝐃𝐄𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌!

JUST IN — On Wednesday, March 26, 2024, along with celebration of Women's Month, the School of Arts and Sciences (SoAS) debate team won first place at the ASCOT Gender and Development Debate Competition.

Donna Mae Apigo (Third year), Dulce Agbisit (Second year), and Ma. Shofia Mauro (First year) were the SoAS representatives securing the title spot against three competitive schools namely the School of Forestry, the School of Education, and the School of Information Technology.

In their first match, the SoAS-Team defeated the School of Education by arguing their position on the topic, "Should s*x education be mandatory in all schools?" More so, they secured their victory by successfully defending their stance on, "Should beauty pageants be reformed or abolished in the name of gender equality?"

At last, SoAS bagged first place adding to the achievements it compiles from the beginning. With this, the School of Arts and Science also congratulating their coach, Sir Jan Klindon Bartolome, for his unwavering guidance, time, and effort!

Hello there, Polsci Freshies!

We are delighted to announce that the orientation program for 1st year Political Science students will be happening on August 20, 2024, at the ASCOT Hostel, Zabali Campus. The event will commence at exactly 8:00 in the morning.

As for the orientation, we'll be having discussion for the first part in the morning, followed by a school tour in the afternoon. Aside from these, many excursions and surprises also await us in this event to get along with you!

Let's make our first meeting memorable. So, do not miss this program and give us the best impression!
