BSHS Student Government Council

𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗪! || 🏆

On the 20th to 22nd of May 2026, officers of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government - Balayan Senior High School took part in the LEAD 2026: Leadership Enhancement and Development Training hosted by the Student Leaders for Good Governance (SLGG).

The first day of the event was filled with excitement and knowledge as it covers several topics that’s very important to the function of Learner Government: Good Governance in Student Leadership, Project Management, Discussion on Constitution and By-Laws of SSLG, and Leading through Communication; Influence, Clarity, Action.

On the other hand, the SSLG Officers got more specific knowledge as the second day was broadcasted. It delivers a call for change to student leaders in terms of the internal system, and introducing them to their role. It covers topic such as: Parliamentary System, Minutes Preparation, How to Create Resolutions, and Making Financial & Liquidation Reports. Through the teachings of this day’s lecture, SSLG Officers have seen the impact of advocating for good governance through leaning and advocating to the very constitution that their institution have.

Meanwhile, SSLG Officers were also present in the last day of LEAD 2026, as it discusses several insightful topics which is more dependent on digital platforms. The Speakers lectured impactful topics such as: Digital Platforms and Their Role in
Strengthening Leading which covers the role of Digital Platforms in advocating for transparency and calling for accountability, Basic Layout and Design Training, and Website Making with Google Sites.

As the program came to an end, the SSLG Officers are now armed with the knowledge and skills that are required to be able to conduct their duty through Good Governance. This organization will always value and perform the teachings of the SLGG and will always believe in the saying:

“𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦.“ - LEAD 2026 🎙️

The 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 firmly stands as the 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of the 𝐁𝐒𝐇𝐒 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭’𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 for 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 within the nation.🎖️

With heavy hearts, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government of Balayan Senior High School along with the Balayan West Sub-Office Federated extend its warmest farewell to Canda Integrated School's educator and SSLG mentor, Sir Karlo Ray A. Aninao. 🕯️
