Balayan National High School proudly joins the global community in celebrating International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to recognizing the invaluable contributions, strength, and achievements of women in society.

On this day, we honor the courage, wisdom, and compassion of every woman—teachers, learners, mothers, and leaders—who continue to inspire others and advocate for equality, respect, and dignity for all.

May this celebration remind us to continue building a community that values the voices, rights, and capabilities of women.

Happy International Women’s Day!
Together, let us continue to promote equality and respect for women.

LET NOTHING DEFINE WHAT A WOMAN CAN BE 🌷

Cheers to all the amazing women who remind us that there’s no limit to what we can accomplish.

This Women's Day, we don’t just celebrate the strength and achievements of women. We are also reminded of the continuing fight for respect and equality.

Happy !

The National Commission for Culture and the Arts joins the nation in celebrating International Women’s Day and National Women's Month, a time to honor the strength, leadership, and enduring contributions of Filipino women. 🇵🇭✨

In line with the call of the Philippine Commission on Women, this year’s celebration invites Women and Everyone (WE) to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment through a whole-of-government and all-of-society effort. With the sub-theme “Lead like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”, we are reminded of the powerful legacy of the Babaylans of pre-colonial Philippines; women leaders whose influence was rooted in knowledge, empathy, and moral guidance. 🌿

May this celebration inspire us to recognize and uplift the many ways Filipino women lead—with courage, care, and conviction—in homes, communities, and across the cultural landscape.

Across generations, Filipino women have embodied courage, resilience, compassion, and wisdom—qualities that continue to shape communities, culture, and nationhood.
