The displayed desserts and pastries were made from the learnings of the students from baking. The techniques and methods were applied during the process, showing that students at STI College Balayan were taught to be future-ready as they step into the real industry.

FOOD EXPO 2025: Where food innovation meets business minds๐ด๐
Third-year BS in Hospitality Management students presented their innovative products. They conducted on-site sales as part of their course "The Entrepreneurial Mind" at the Covered Court of STI College Balayan. โจ
This activity showcased their entrepreneurial, marketing, and creative skills. It provided students with hands-on experience and an opportunity to apply what they learned in class!

On November 18, 2025, the first-year Hospitality Management students at STI College Balayan transformed the Covered Court into a lively space filled with curiosity, ambition, and hope during the seminar titled โTrends and Developments in the Tourism Industry.โ Thanks to the insightful presentation by our distinguished guest speaker, Mr. Ruel D. Lopez, the students left not only informed but also inspired.
They gained a clearer understanding of the rapidly changing tourism industry, exploring innovations shaping the future and the values needed to succeed in a competitive global market. More than just attending a seminar, it served as a powerful reminder that success begins with passion, lifelong learning, and the courage to dream big.
It was a truly inspiring and motivating day full of renewed purpose for our aspiring hospitality and tourism leaders, preparing them to take their first steps toward becoming industry pioneers of tomorrow.

Students of BS in Hospitality Management (2101 & 2102) proudly showcased the beauty of Filipino ๐ต๐ญ culinary traditions through a well-curated display of regional dishes that highlight the depth, artistry, and identity of our culture.
