REITERATION OF THE WEARING OF PRESCRIBED SCHOOL UNIFORM

In view of the Advisory # 2 issued by the OVCAA last September 7, 2023, students are expected to wear the prescribed school uniform starting Monday, October 16, 2023. However, based on the survey conducted by SSC, only more than thirty percent (30%) of the students can comply due to several factors. Students who have complete sets ready are required to wear their uniform when entering the school premises. The others are required to come to school either in their organizational shirt, white polo shirt or t-shirt and closed shoes. Further, be advised to follow the proper dress code as stipulated in the Students’ Handbook.

To all students of BatStateU Balayan who haven't purchased their uniforms yet, kindly take note that there will be a schedule of delivery of textiles for sale on September 18, 2023, at the Resource Generation Office located in the EEB building of BatStateU Balayan. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please feel free to approach Asst. Prof. Ma. Luz I. Sanchez.

WEARING OF PRESCRIBED SCHOOL UNIFORM

To students of BatStateU The NEU Alangilan, Balayan, Lobo, and Mabini, please be advised that the wearing of the prescribed school uniform will be required on Monday, October 16, 2023. To those who do not have uniform yet, textiles are available for sale at the Resource Generation Office (RGO) located beside the school canteen. To students who already have their uniform ready, please wear your uniform when going to school. Also, instead of wearing casual attire, it is encouraged that the students come to school in their organizational shirt.

As part of the preparations for the upcoming 55th Commencement Exercises, we are excited to announce the release of the Official Toga Caps and Gowns for all graduating students from Alangilan, Balayan, Mabini, and Lobo Campus!

The caps and gown will be available for distribution starting next Tuesday, July 25th at the RGO Canteen - Pablo Borbon Campus. Furthermore, we encourage all graduating students to collect their toga caps, gowns, and ribbons on their respective dates to ensure proper fitting and to have ample time for any necessary adjustments.

Please note that the caps and gowns are on loan and must be returned after the commencement ceremony. Failure to return may result in fines and penalties.

To ensure a smooth and organized process, please be guided by the given schedule below.

In light of the Commencement Exercises for Second Semester of Academic Year 2022-2023, the Batangas State University - The National Engineering University will be conducting a Baccalaureate Mass for the graduating students of Alangilan, Balayan, Mabini, and Lobo Campuses. This is scheduled on the 26th day of July, 8:00 AM at the Basilica of Immaculate Conception in Batangas City.

To cater everyone's participation, the Baccalaureate Mass will be broadcasted live Via page of Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Batangas - Archdiocese of Lipa

ANNOUNCEMENT

As part of the preparations for the upcoming 55th Commencement Exercises, all concerned graduating students from undergraduate and graduate schools of Alangilan, Balayan, Mabini, and Lobo Campus are advised to attend the graduation rehearsals, which will take place on July 19-20, 2023 at the Fitness Development Center BatStateU Alangilan Campus.

Your presence is highly encouraged as it will ensure that the ceremony will run smoothly and all the necessary arrangements are in place. Please be guided accordingly.
