Balayan Senior High School actively participated in the

Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill initiative aims to strengthen disaster preparedness and ensure that schools and communities are ready to respond effectively in times of emergency.

During the drill, learners and personnel executed the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure and followed evacuation protocols with discipline and precision. Their actions reflected the school’s commitment to safety and readiness, highlighting the importance of practicing proper response measures in the face of potential hazards.

This June, the Philippines marks Judiciary Month, celebrating the 125th anniversary of the Supreme Court.

Declared under Presidential Proclamation No. 1265, s. 2026, the observance calls on government agencies, local government units, the private sector, and civil society to support and partake in the commemoration.

Established on June 11, 1901 through Act No. 136 of the Philippine Commission, the Supreme Court has stood as a pillar of justice—first led by Chief Justice Cayetano Arellano.

In line with this milestone year, the Court unveils a series of activities under the theme: “SC: 125 Years of Tradition and Innovation.”

Balayan SHS Kicks Off Its 1st General PTA Assembly

Balayan Senior High School successfully conducted its 1st General PTA Assembly on June 11, 2026, bringing together parents, guardians, and school officials in a meaningful dialogue on key school services, policies, and curriculum updates, including the 3-Term Block and Grading System. The assembly served as a valuable platform for strengthening collaboration between the school and families, emphasizing the important role of parents and guardians as partners in promoting student success and holistic development.

Nakikiisa ang Balayan Senior High School sa paggunita ng bilang pagpupugay sa watawat ng Pilipinas. Ito ang sagisag ng ating kalayaan, pagkakaisa, at pagkakakilanlan bilang isang bansa.

Higit pa sa mga kulay at simbolo nito, ang watawat ng Pilipinas ay sumasalamin sa katapangan, sakripisyo, at katatagan ng mga Pilipinong nag-alay ng kanilang buhay para sa ating kalayaan. Nawa’y magsilbi itong paalala sa bawat isa na patuloy na mahalin, pahalagahan, at paglingkuran ang ating bayan nang may dangal at pagmamalaki.

Sa pagdiriwang ng National Flag Days, sama-sama nating parangalan ang mga bayaning nagbigay-daan sa ating kalayaan at ipagpatuloy ang kanilang adhikain sa pamamagitan ng pagiging responsableng mamamayan at makabagong Pilipino.
