Life is hard enough as it is โ schoolwork, personal stress, financial situations, health conditions, and many more. All of these things seem to drain us, irritate us, and hurt us so quick!
Now imagine juggling that with being bullied.
Many of us have not experienced this, but that doesn't mean it's not happening to someone else. We might've contributed to that under the guise of a joke โ but to them, it is very real.
The hurt doesn't always show, most of the time it's hiddenโ so many victims are scared to speak up.
They're scared that they'd be more hurt, that the people who claim to have authority won't do much to help. And truthfully, no one can control the actions of others.
So, as an individual, we must learn to love. For God said, "Love your neighbour as yourself."
We must treat others how we want to be treated โ and we wouldn't want to be bullied, right? If we as an individual cannot control how others treat people, we must remember God's word and be an example for them.
Be the person who starts positivity, not the one who triggers negativity. Keep God in your heart as you speak and do to others.
