After 𝟯 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘-𝗧𝗢-𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 due to the effects of the 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛𝗪𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗢𝗢𝗡 (𝗛𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗧), BC-ILRC SNED happily joined the 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 𝗙𝗟𝗔𝗚 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗬 on 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬, 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟮𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, as classes officially resumed.

For the month of August, the ceremony highlights the 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛: “𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗞𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗔.” This reminds everyone to 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗬, respect our national symbols, and demonstrate 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗘, 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 every day.

During the ceremony, our 𝗦𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗛𝗨𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗔𝗚-𝗔𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗛𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗢𝗘𝗦 for the month of August were also recognized and awarded. Their 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗥, 𝗗𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘, 𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘 serve as an inspiration to their fellow learners and show that every learner has the ability to become a role model.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 128, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 18, 2026:

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.
