Face-to-Face classes in the College Department are suspended starting at 12:00 noon today, August 13, 2026, due to the prevailing weather conditions.

However, synchronous/asynchronous classes may be conducted online during the scheduled class hours. Students are advised to stay safe and remain at home.

𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐑𝐂: 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐎𝐧𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐑𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀.𝐘. ‘𝟐𝟔-‘𝟐𝟕

𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐔𝐒 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 | New academic year, new start — different set of professors, courses, possibly new classmates, a hectic schedule, and a lot more. However, for Del Rosarians, this year kicked off with a new look, with their identities revamped even more, as a new uniform has been introduced.

Tomas del Rosario College (TRC) introduced the TRC Unified Shirt, a new college uniform with the goal of unifying their students more than ever. The shirt was launched with the goal of highlighting all of the students as one, regardless of their year level and program.
Being unified, they are now all seen at an equal footing as they present themselves as nothing but proud students of the school.

As Karen stated in the movie, Mean Girls, “On Wednesdays we wear pink!” — TRC added their own touch to the iconic quote by making the campus bleed green.

The color holds a historic character as it has been one of the two campus’ official colors since its establishment in 1950. Similar to existing official academic shirts and P.E. uniform, it was also mostly integrated in designing the look of the unified shirt.

Fused within its collar and banded sleeves are two lines with the official colors of TRC — green and gold. These, as tiny as it is, serve as a sentimental symbol that makes the shirt stand out even more. A bright gold color on the shirt’s placket perfectly captures the public’s attention as it sits on the high center of the shirt.

Additionally, any uniform is not complete without the establishment’s name. The TRC’s official emblem is embroidered on the left chest of the shirt — where the heart lies. It exhibits the beauty of symbolism, coincidentally or not, that students who wear it should always take being a Del Rosarian to the heart.

The TRC Unified Shirt not only provides comfort when wearing; it also serves as a loud reminder of the history and pride the campus holds. Now, when Del Rosarians step out of the school grounds as young adults to explore or as graduates, their shirts will tell the story of who they are as students. Even when they face their backs to the public, they will proudly bring TRC’s name wherever they go.
