To make sure of quality graduate teacher education in the Region, CHED RO3 continues to conduct onsite monitoring visits to private and public Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) all over Region 3.

On September 16, 2026, Tomas Del Rosario College, Inc. (TRC) was visited by CHED RO3 together with the Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT. This is in congruence with the ACHIEVE framework, with component A- Advanced and Accessible Lifelong learning. CHED intensifies onsite monitoring and evaluation of TEIs making sure that quality education is being delivered to all stakeholders.

- Kindergarten and Grade School Department – half-day only
- High School Department – until 1:00 p.m.
- College Department – Online classes until 12:00 noon
- Office Transactions – half-day only
