Balay Sanlingan – The Student Center (TSC) is a review and tutorial center established in 2005 by a group of graduate students from the University of the Philippines. The initial program offered by TSC was a comprehensive university admission tests review in Bataan (Balanga City), Bulacan (SJDM City) and Zambales (Olongapo City). In 2006, the Student Center extended its services to students of Bulacan for its university admission tests review program. The Center also began to offer the Philippine Science High School System Search for Scholars-National Competitive Examination and other Science High School Entrance Tests Review Program, the Civil Service Exam Review Program, and the MAAP Entrance Exam Review Program. The same year also marked the launching of its tutorial services for preschoolers, elementary pupils, and high school students. In addition to its various review programs, TSC introduced and pioneered the Learning How to Learn Program and the High Speed Mathematics Program (Trachtenberg System) in 2008. In 2011, TSC launched its Play and Learn-School Readiness Program. The Student Center provides a unique advantage by offering an insider’s perspective on preparing for the entrance tests of our country’s top universities.
