Pursuant to the advisory of the Management Information Systems Office (MISO), the Office of the University Registrar informs all officially enrolled First Year Students of the Main Campus that the processing of Student Identification (ID) Cards shall commence on Monday, 22 June 2026.
Students are advised to regularly monitor their personal email accounts, as an email from MISO containing their schedule and other relevant instructions will be sent to the email address registered in the Enrollment Management System (EMS). Kindly check your Inbox, Junk, and Spam folders to ensure that you receive the notification.
For verification purposes, students are required to present their Certificate of Registration (CoR) during their scheduled ID processing.
Please be informed that the schedule of Student ID processing for students of other campuses shall be announced separately.

The Office of the University Registrar informs all qualified applicants for Juris Doctor program under the College of Law that the on-site submission of enrollment requirements shall be conducted prior to enrollment through the Enrollment Management System (EMS).
All qualifiers are required to personally submit their complete documentary requirements to facilitate the verification, evaluation, and processing of their enrollment records at Balanga Campus Registrarโs Office. Only applicants with complete and verified requirements shall be granted access to enroll online through the EMS.
Qualifiers are advised to ensure that all required documents are submitted within the prescribed period to avoid delays in enrollment and class registration. Whether you are to enroll or not, everyone is encouraged to fill out the form. Be reminded that you are only allowed to answer the confirmation form ONCE and editing after submission is unabled. There is no need to go in a hurry in answering the form. Accurate answers must be entered to avoid misinformation that may lead to disqualification for enrollment.
Choose the campus and program you are reconsidered. Choosing another program means forfeiture of slot in the program you are reconsidered, and the response will not be recorded.
Failure to answer the confirmation on or before Monday, 08 June 2026 means forfeiture of slot for the program. Expect another email with the subject Acknowledgement of Enrollment Confirtmation and Pre-registration on Tuesday for those who confirmed enrollment in the campus and program they are reconsidered.
