Last August 28-30, 2026, at Yogyakarta State University, Indonesia, Peninsulares pride and grit made their mark in international sports as student-athletes Jonas Russel Ragenil and Samantha Anyayahan showcased remarkable dominance at the 6th Open Tournament International Karate Championship. ๐ฅ
Both athletes have given the Philippines a victory every Filipino shall remember, representing not only the flag but also the perseverance and spirit of our countrymen. Through steel determination and unrivaled courage, the athletes have emerged victorious against the countless formidable karate athletes hailing from various international sports organizations
