SPECIAL PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYMENT OF STUDENTS 2026 (SPES)

Update Regarding the Deployment of SPES BPSU Students
1. Kindly access the link provided for the official list of SPES grantees to be deployed at Bataan Peninsula State University.

2. SPES grantees are expected to report for deployment the day after the contract signing, before 8:00 AM.
3. For requests to transfer your campus deployment area, you may answer the Google Form until today at 12:00 noon. Failure to answer the form will mean that you agree to be deployed to the campus indicated below.

4. For your campus deployment area, you may proceed to the following offices:
a. Main Campus – Career and Job Placement Unit, 1st Floor, OSA Building, BPSU Main Campus
b. Balanga Campus – Office of Student Affairs and Services

d. Orani Campus – Office of Student Affairs and Services

In accordance with the approved Mechanism, SPES grantees will undergo work exposure for a total of 160 hours, scheduled from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Kindly take note of the following guidelines:
1. Students with academic classes may work on a flexible schedule, subject to the approval of their immediate supervisor.
2. All beneficiaries are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of BPSU and consistently demonstrate professionalism.
3. Any violation of policies, including absenteeism or improper conduct, may result in termination from the program.
4. SPES beneficiaries are required to submit a Daily Time Record (DTR) and a summary of tasks accomplished to their immediate supervisor at the end of their work period.
5. Beneficiaries are expected to adopt the University’s working scheme.

We are excited to invite you to the Orientation and Contract Signing for the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES): May 18-19, 2026 📍 at the Brgy. Doña Francisca Covered Court in Balanga City.

Students who successfully met PESO’s evaluation criteria during the submission of their requirements:

✅ Current College Students (Old Iskolar ng Bataan-Balanga City beneficiaries)

⚠️ Important Guidelines:
Attendance is mandatory. Failure to attend will result in disqualification*** from the SPES program.
