The 𝐏𝐄𝐍 🖋️ and the 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐂 𝐂𝐀𝐏 🎓 symbolize the knowledge and academic excellence of every Iskolar of the City of Balanga. These symbols represent the passing on of thoughts, ideas, and accomplishments between generations, emphasizing the importance of preserving and sharing information.

The image of 𝐈𝐒𝐊𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐒 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 symbolizes their perception of themselves as successful professionals in the City of Balanga, as they make their way toward their goals. Iskolars of the City of Balanga give back to the community through their projects and activities.
