4 days, 3 nights onboard experience bound for Iloilo and Bacolod, where Hospitality Management and Tourism 3rd Year students, in partnership with 2GO Travel, embarked on a meaningful shipboard training journey that blended learning, discipline, and real-world exposure.

• 🛌 Hands-on Housekeeping training-room preparation, cleanliness standards, and maintaining guest-ready cabins.
• Front Office experience-check-in/check-out procedures, guest assistance, and onboard hospitality service flow.🖊️
• Food & Beverage training-proper service sequence, dining etiquette, and customer interaction in a real setting.
• 🦺Safety training-proper use of life vests and emergency procedures onboard. 🪢
• Marketing exposure-learning how onboard services are promoted and managed. 📠
• 🧑‍✈️ Meeting and briefing with ship captains and officers about ship operations and management.

Overall, a meaningful training experience that provided valuable learning, growth, and preparation for the real world of hospitality and tourism. 🌍 🛳️

Congratulations to our outstanding students, Joaira Martina S. Almazan and Michael Cholo T. Catalan from BSHM, for capturing the spirit of the Pawikan Festival and promoting environmental awareness through their winning reel. Their achievement earned them a Plaque of Recognition and the coveted Champion title.
APCAS continues to foster creativity and social responsibility.

🌎 Real Skills, Real Experience: 2 Days of Hospitality Immersion
November 23-24, 2025

✨ Day 1 was held at Holiday Inn & Suites Makati.
• Students attended seminars on Fire Safety, Table Setup, and Room Service.
• A hotel familiarization tour followed, where students explored key hotel areas and departments.
• They were able to observe actual hotel operations and work flow.

✨ Day 2 was conducted at TGI Fridays.
• Students participated in a Bartending and Mixology Training.
• They learned basic mixing techniques, use of bar tools, and proper sanitation.

The two-day activity provided hands-on experience, industry exposure, and skills enhancement for future hospitality professionals. 🌎 🧑‍🍳 ✈️
