June 12 is a day, for us Filipinos. This is the day when our people said we want to be free. We want to make our decisions. We do not just think about what happened on Philippine Independence Day.

We celebrate the people who fought for Philippine Independence. These people showed the real meaning of bravery and patriotism to our country. They wanted the Philippines to be free.

The freedom we have today was paid for by people who died for our Independence. Many of our heroes gave their lives so we can be free now. We can learn a lot from the people who helped make our country what it is today. Philippine Independence is something we Filipinos are very proud of.

Commemorating our anniversary as a free nation is more than just a historical event. It is about valuing our right to express ourselves pursue our goals and strive for a future for our country. Our freedom comes with a duty. Every Filipino must protect what is true, fair and united.

Today also reminds us of how important young people are, in building our nation. The next generation must continue the work of those who fought for the freedoms we have today.
They must not remember our history but also keep working towards a better Philippines, a place where everyone is free and has the power to make a difference through learning and community involvement.

As we raise the flag across the country let us think about the sacrifices faced by our ancestors that gave us the freedom we have now. Let this Independence Day inspire us to be proud of being Filipino and to create a nation that honors the sacrifices of our heroes.

Maligayang Araw ng Kalayaan Pilipinas! May the spirit of freedom continue to guide our nation toward a brighter future for all.
