• 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺: Students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform of the University. Colleges may also prescribe OJT uniforms according to the requirements of the program.

• 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆: Students must wear clothing and attire based on common community standards and generally accepted norms on decency.

• 𝗣𝗘 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺: May be worn during the day when the student has a scheduled PE class.

• 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲/𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘀: May be worn during Wash Day only.

• 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀: Slippers or wooden/plastic shoes may be worn during heavy rains or under special cases.

In view of the prevailing weather conditions and the issued rainfall warning in the Province of Bataan, and with the safety and well-being of the entire BPSU community as a primary consideration, the University shall implement the following arrangements tomorrow, September 9, until Saturday, September 12, 2026:

-All classes (UNDERGRADUATE, COLLEGE OF MEDICINE, COLLEGE OF LAW, GRADUATE SCHOOL) On-the-Job Training (OJT), clinical duties, and hospital duties shall be conducted through synchronous online mode. Students who may experience difficulties in participating due to weather-related conditions may be excused, provided that they promptly inform their respective instructors.

-SCHEDULED ENROLLMENT FOR GRADUATE SCHOOL shall proceed with the concerned office to report onsite.

-University personnel shall continue reporting for onsite duty and maintain the regular provision of essential university services and operations.

The University will continue to closely monitor the prevailing weather conditions and remain guided by official announcements and advisories from concerned government authorities.

Should the National Government issue any succeeding directive concerning the suspension of classes or work, such directive shall take precedence over this University Advisory.

We hear you, Peninsulares. Your questions, concerns, and feedback matter to us.

We understand that not every action or progress is immediately visible, but we're informing all of you that there are matters we continue to work on behind the scenes through proper coordination and consultation. We also understand the importance of keeping our students informed, and we’ll continue doing our best to communicate updates whenever we can.

We may not always have an immediate answer to every concern, but every concern raised is something we take seriously. Some matters require time, proper coordination, and careful consideration before we can provide a clear and accurate response.

As your CSG, we remain committed to listening to your voices and understanding the concerns of our fellow Peninsulares. Your concerns and feedback helps us see the things that we need to improve, and your questions will serve as our guide and make us realize our works and decisions that we need to know more, it will also remind us of the responsibility we have to serve and represent the student body.
