As per CADI-MC.MEM.2025.272-B, the Campus Student Government (CSG) Main Campus will conduct Frosh Day 2025 on August 5-7, 2025, at Sari-Gamit Covered Court, BPSU-Main Campus, with the theme: “PaniBughaw: Tahak ng Paglalakbay, Simula ng Tagumpay.”

This three-day event formally welcomes first-year students and promotes inclusivity and student engagement.

All first-year students are enjoined to participate. Departments and colleges are requested to encourage maximum participation on August 6-7, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The Student Affairs and Services Office invites all BPSU students to take part in this important initiative that aims to strengthen awareness and understanding of gender sensitivity, equality, and inclusivity-core values aligned with our commitment to a safe, respectful, and empowering academic environment.

This orientation is designed to:
✅ Introduce key Gender and Development (GAD) concepts
✅ Tackle gender-based issues in higher education
✅ Promote inclusivity across all student sectors

More than just a webinar, this is a platform for learning and empowerment, shaping the values, knowledge, and attitudes we need to create a more inclusive and gender-responsive BPSU community.

Please be advised that all onsite classes and office work across all campuses will resume tomorrow, July 28, 2025.

Students who are still affected by the inclement weather may be excused from attending classes provided they inform their respective advisers of their situation. Similarly, affected employees may file for emergency calamity leave in accordance with existing guidelines.

This directive aims to ensure the continuity of classes and operations while taking into account the current circumstances of our affected Bataeños.

In light of the ongoing effects of the inclement weather, we would like to inform the public that all BPSU campuses are open to accommodate students and employees who are in need of temporary shelter and safe vehicle parking.

We encourage everyone to stay alert, monitor official updates, and take necessary precautions to ensure personal safety during this weather disturbance.
