The Center for Culture and Arts (CECA) is proud to announce the reappointment of its distinguished Cultural Focal Person and Chairpersons, ensuring the continued growth and vibrance of our artistic community across all campuses.

Leading the charge for our creative initiatives are Prof. Vonhoepper N. Ferrer for the Main Campus; Mr. Avgil P. Megino for Abucay Campus; Mr. Mark Hardby M. Belanio for Bagac Campus; Mr. Shemuel S. Serrano for Balanga Campus; Prof. Ariel M. Tamayo for Dinalupihan Campus, and Prof. Janice A. Gallardo for Orani Campus.

CECA announces the reappointment of Dr. Laarni C. Canare as Director of Center for Culture and Arts, pursuant to a University Memorandum No. 2026-0183 dated February 2026.

We are excited to see CECA reach new heights of creativity and inspiration under her steady guidance.
