Qualifications:
• SMAW NC I Holder or TVL SMAW graduate
• At least high school graduate
• Must be 18 years old and above
• Physical and mentally fit
• District II residents (Balanga, Pilar, Orion, Limay)
Document requirements:
• PSA Birth Certificate
• High School Diploma/Form 137/TOR
• Barangay clearance
• Certificate of Indigency
• 3 sets of ID photos (1x1, 2x2, and passport size) 4pcs each
