As part of our continuing commitment to campus safety, disaster preparedness, and student welfare, all students, faculty members, staff, and personnel of 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 – 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 are encouraged to actively participate in the upcoming 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥.

This activity is not only a compliance exercise, but an important opportunity for every Peninsulares to learn, practice, and strengthen the proper actions to take during an emergency. Through everyone’s cooperation, we can help ensure a safer, more prepared, and more responsive university community.

Everyone is advised to carefully review the official guide map and take note of the designated evacuation areas. The areas marked in 𝐘𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖 are the assigned evacuation points where students and personnel must proceed once the drill begins.

Please remain calm, alert, and cooperative throughout the activity. Upon hearing the signal, avoid panic, running, pushing, or unnecessary movements. Follow the instructions of the assigned facilitators, class mayors, faculty members, and campus personnel, and proceed immediately to your designated evacuation area.

Class Mayors are highly encouraged to assist in maintaining order and accountability within their respective sections. Your role is important in ensuring that every student is guided, counted, and safely evacuated during the drill.

• Ensure the headcount of all classmates before and after reaching the evacuation area.

• Prioritize the safety, orderliness, and accountability of every student in your class.

• Remind your classmates to stay calm, follow instructions, and avoid unnecessary panic.

• In the event of an emergency, Class Mayors must be the last to leave the room after confirming that all classmates have safely evacuated.
