||𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐏 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒||

𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 is not just about raising awareness. It is also a time to remember those we have lost, honor those who have survived, and acknowledge the people who continue to carry the pain of losing someone they love.

As Su***de Prevention Month begins this 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, we are reminded that not every struggle is visible. In a world where people are often quick to judge and slow to listen, it is easy to overlook the battles that others may be facing. Many people carry burdens that others never see – behind their smiles, their laughter, their achievements, or even their silence. What appears to be strength on the outside may hide a battle that is being fought quietly within.

That is why kindness matters. A simple conversation, a sincere “𝘬𝘶𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢 𝘬𝘢?”, or a small act of kindness may remind someone that they matter. What may seem like a small gesture to us could be the encouragement someone else needs to keep going. Kindness is free, but its impact can be priceless.

Let us choose to be 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧. Let us create spaces where people feel safe to speak without judgment and remind those who are struggling that they do not have to face their battles alone.

We’ll never know what someone is going through. Choose to be someone who listens, someone who cares, and someone who helps others feel seen, heard, and valued.

Even if you are not seen using it, simply having or carrying a v**e with you is already a violation and will be dealt with accordingly.

Ito po ay batay sa pinakahuling ulat ng PAGASA at rekomendasyon ng Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) upang mapangalagaan ang kaligtasan ng mga mag-aaral at ng publiko.

Ayon sa pinakahuling forecast ng PAGASA ngayong 5:00 PM, makakaranas pa rin ang ating Lalawigan ng malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng Habagat dahil sa bagyong , at ng posibleng pagbaha sa mga mabababang lugar.

As part of our continuing commitment to campus safety, disaster preparedness, and student welfare, all students, faculty members, staff, and personnel of 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 – 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 are encouraged to actively participate in the upcoming 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥.

This activity is not only a compliance exercise, but an important opportunity for every Peninsulares to learn, practice, and strengthen the proper actions to take during an emergency. Through everyone’s cooperation, we can help ensure a safer, more prepared, and more responsive university community.

Everyone is advised to carefully review the official guide map and take note of the designated evacuation areas. The areas marked in 𝐘𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖 are the assigned evacuation points where students and personnel must proceed once the drill begins.

Please remain calm, alert, and cooperative throughout the activity. Upon hearing the signal, avoid panic, running, pushing, or unnecessary movements. Follow the instructions of the assigned facilitators, class mayors, faculty members, and campus personnel, and proceed immediately to your designated evacuation area.
