Hi here's the Schedule of CE 1E.

This new Portal for Adding/Dropping requires the following:
1. Correct I.D. #
2. G-suite account.
3. A Selfie will be uploaded to check if you are using the correct information.
4. COR will also be uploaded to check subjects enrolled and also to check if you are already enrolled.
5. Follow the instructions in the Portal on how to encode the Drop subjects and the Add subjects.
If you have no subject to be Added or dropped just write: n/a
The submitted Adding and Dropping forms earlier are disregarded because of the wrong link.

Please enroll on the assigned schedule per year level.

Sophomores (incoming 2nd year) - Starts August 19
Juniors (incoming 3rd year) - Starts August 23
Seniors (incoming 4th year) - Starts August 25

First Come, First Serve basis. Some 3 sections are now 2 sections. If you do not want to be Irregular students enroll at the start of the assigned schedules.
You can pay now while waiting for your schedule, so that upon Registration the proof of payment may be uploaded right away.

The Certificate of Enrollment (COR) will only be released with the ff. status:
a. Approved Subjects by the Enrolling Officers
b. Validated Proof of Payment
c. Approval of the Registrar’s Office

To all BHC students:
Please be reminded of your INC grades (before it lapse
If you still have INC grade, please follow this procedure.

1. Ask your instructors on the requirements for completion of your grade.
2. Get a completion form in the Registrar's office and pay for the necessary amount.
3. Fill up the completion form with the required information.
4. Submit to your instructor the assigned requirements together with the Completion form and receipt of payment.
5. Ask for a copy of the completion form with completed grade from your instructor.
6. Check if this has been recorded in the Registrar's office thru FB page: Bataan Heroes College - Records Department.
(All INC grades not completed within a year will be replaced by a 5.0 gade/failed)
