IMPORTANT: Hindi pa po tapos ang enrollment for incoming freshmen. Tuloy-tuloy lamang po ang enrollment ng mga freshmen kasabay po ng ating mga higher years.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘: 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗦 (𝗔.𝗬. 2021-2022)

Incomplete grades incurred during the 1𝙨𝙩 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 2021-2022 will lapse next week. Students with INC marks have until 𝗙𝗲𝗯. 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯 to comply and are advised to secure a Completion Form from the Records Office.

We are now accepting transferees and shiftees for the Second Semester! Visit us from Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM and Saturday, 8:00AM-12NN and bring your True Copy of Grades for assessment purposes.

Please be guided accordingly for the following schedules of online enrollment.

To all who registered online using Early Registration link. You will receive an email to confirm and to access your Student Portal. The BHC EmpowerED Online Enrollment System will send you a temporary password and it will require you to change it. Make sure that the email provided in the early registration link is correct to be able to receive the confirmation email from the EmpowerED System.

Your enrollment process will be done thru your portal. Kindly check your INBOX and SPAM folder in your email

PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES FOR
ADDING AND DROPPING OF SUBJECTS FOR MIDYEAR(SUMMER) SY 2021-2022
Adding / Dropping of Subjects will only be until Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. The form will be deactivated after the deadline. The records section will only process the application ONCE, succeeding submissions will not be processed.
Reminders:
1. Only enrolled students for Midyear will be entertained.
2. Only additional subjects will be processed.
3.. Change of block/section is not allowed.
4. Application for tutorial classes is not included in the
adding/dropping.

2. Requests will be evaluated by the Department Head
3. Students will be notified via email whether their request is
approved or disapproved by the Heroes MIS Office.
