“Lord… ang bigat. Bakit anak ko pa?”

May mga pangyayari talaga sa buhay na sobrang hirap tanggapin.

Ang daming tanong.
Ang daming iyak.
Ang daming “why?”

Minsan gusto mong magtampo kay Lord.

Pero parang mali naman magtanong sa Kanya.

But you know what?

Maybe you should ask Him.

Hindi galit ang Diyos sa mga tanong mo.

Because sometimes, healing begins when you become honest with God.

May mga bagay na baka hindi mo pa maintindihan ngayon.

Pero minsan…

yung akala nating pagkawasak ng buhay natin

yun pala ang paraan para baguhin tayo ni Lord.

Maybe this journey softened your heart.
Maybe it saved your family from something deeper.
Maybe it brought you closer to God.
Maybe it taught you how to love beyond conditions.

Hindi natin alam lahat ng dahilan.

Pero hindi ibig sabihin na walang dahilan.

One day, baka hindi mo pa rin maintindihan lahat.

Pero baka mas maintindihan mo na si Lord.

Na hindi ka Niya iniwan sa journey na ito.

Na kasama mo Siya habang umiiyak ka.
Habang napapagod ka.
Habang lumalaban ka para sa anak mo.

At minsan…

ang greatest miracle ay hindi lang pagbabago ng sitwasyon.

Kundi pagbabago ng puso natin habang dumadaan tayo rito.

God is with you.

At hindi Niya pababayaan ang pamilya mo.

Ngayong ika-128 na Araw ng Kalayaan, ipinagdiriwang natin ang dangal ng manggagawang Pilipino. Sa bawat gawa, sa bawat pagpupunyagi, at sa bawat pagmamahal sa kapwa—tayo ang patunay na ang tunay na laya ay nasa puso ng taong naglilingkod nang tapat.

After 36 sessions of hard work, patience, and love, we are celebrating a truly heartwarming transformation! When Zaine first started his journey, his vocabulary was very limited. Today, he is unlocking new words every day and connecting with his parents in ways that mean the world to them.

But the breakthroughs don't stop there! Zaine is also learning how to engage with his toys, exploring and playing with things he used to completely ignore.

Magpapasukan Na… Hirap Pa Rin Matulog Ang Anak Mo?

Lagi ka bang puyat kakapatulog sa anak mo?

Try doing these consistently.

1. Bawasan ang sugar at junk food lalo na sa gabi

May mga batang mas sensitive sa sugar, food additives, softdrinks, at processed foods. Minsan mas nagiging hyper sila kaya mas hirap mag-calm down at matulog.

2. Less screen time before sleep

Kapag puro cellphone, tablet, o TV bago matulog, mas nahihirapan mag-relax ang utak ng bata.

Try to avoid screens at least 1–2 hours before bedtime.

3. Bigyan ng physical activities sa umaga o hapon

May mga batang hindi makatulog dahil kulang sa movement buong araw.

Play. Walk. Dance. Outdoor activities.

Mas madaling makatulog ang batang nakapaglabas ng energy properly.

4. Create a calming bedtime routine

Paulit-ulit na routine helps the brain prepare for sleep.

Example:
• dim lights
• quiet environment
• warm bath
• story time
• relaxing music
• hugs and calm voice

Consistency is important.

5. Huwag sigaw at galit bago matulog

Kapag overstimulated, napagalitan, o umiiyak ang bata bago bedtime…

mas mahirap silang makalma.

Your calmness helps regulate the child.

At tandaan mo…

Hindi lahat ng batang hirap matulog ay pasaway.

Minsan overloaded lang ang katawan, isip, o emotions nila.

Sleep is also a skill that can be guided patiently and consistently.
