BPSU proudly celebrates its passers and remarkable students from the Balanga Campus for their outstanding performance in the August 2026 Certified Operations Management Specialist (COMS) Assessment Examination, showcasing their competence and commitment to professional excellence.
The Certified Operations Management Specialist (COMS) Assessment Examination, administered by the Center for Professional Advancement and Continuing Education, Inc., is a professional competency assessment designed to measure the foundational knowledge, essential skills, and core practices of students and practitioners in the field of operations management.
Adding distinction to BPSU’s achievement, these four outstanding Peninsulares earned Top 10 rankings, highlighting BPSU’s commitment to developing competent and future-ready professionals:

In view of the prevailing weather conditions, all University offices shall shift to online transactions today, September 9, 2026.

A skeletal onsite workforce shall be maintained to ensure the continuity of essential services.
The scheduled onsite emergency meeting of the Executive Council and select University officials shall proceed as planned.

The University continues to monitor weather conditions and relevant advisories.

Any national government directive or suspension that may be issued shall supersede this arrangement.

Further announcements shall be issued as necessary.

In view of the prevailing weather conditions and the issued rainfall warning in the Province of Bataan, and with the safety and well-being of the entire BPSU community as a primary consideration, the University shall implement the following arrangements tomorrow, September 9, until Saturday, September 12, 2026:

-All classes, On-the-Job Training (OJT), clinical duties, and hospital duties shall be conducted through synchronous online mode. Students who may experience difficulties in participating due to weather-related conditions may be excused, provided that they promptly inform their respective instructors.

-University personnel shall continue reporting for onsite duty and maintain the regular provision of essential university services and operations.

The University will continue to closely monitor the prevailing weather conditions and remain guided by official announcements and advisories from concerned government authorities.

Should the National Government issue any succeeding directive concerning the suspension of classes or work, such directive shall take precedence over this University Advisory.

As of 11:00 AM, Bataan remains under a Yellow Rainfall Warning until Wednesday noon.

In line with this advisory, the following arrangements shall be observed starting September 7 2026:

- Onsite work and face-to-face classes shall resume across all BPSU campuses, except at BPSU Bagac Campus.

-BPSU Bagac Campus shall resume onsite work; however, classes shall be conducted online until further notice as the campus undergoes necessary repairs.

Students, faculty members, employees, and all members of the BPSU community are advised to remain vigilant, monitor official BPSU announcements, and take all necessary safety precautions.

Any subsequent suspension or directive issued by the National Government shall supersede this university advisory.
