Pursuant to the advisory of the Management Information Systems Office (MISO), the Office of the University Registrar informs all First Year Students that their official BPSU Google Accounts are now available for viewing through the Enrollment Management System (EMS).

To view your BPSU Google Account details, please follow these steps:
โ€ข Log in to your Enrollment Management System (EMS) account.
โ€ข Go to the Student Center.
โ€ข Click Student Profile.
โ€ข Select the BPSU Google Account Profile tab.

Students are encouraged to check their account information and keep their credentials confidential. The BPSU Google Account serves as the official platform for university communications and access to various academic and digital services.

For concerns regarding account access and technical issues, students may coordinate with the Management Information Systems Office (MISO) through its official communication channels.

The Bataan Peninsula State University Alumni Relations Office (ALRO) continues to strengthen connections among graduates, foster lifelong engagement, and promote meaningful partnerships that contribute to the growth and development of the University community. Through the dedication of its campus focal persons, ALRO remains committed to advancing programs and initiatives that uphold the values of service, excellence, and alumni engagement.

In line with these efforts, the BPSU Alumni Relations Office is pleased to introduce ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐‘๐š๐ฅ๐ฉ๐ก ๐‡. ๐„๐ฌ๐œ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ง, the newly designated Alumni Relations Office Focal Person of the Balanga Campus.

Mr. Escartin is a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy program at Bataan Peninsula State Universityโ€“Balanga Campus, Class of 2016. Demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development, he is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Open University System.

At present, he serves as the Chairperson of the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMD) of the Balanga Campus and concurrently acts as the Campus Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) Focal Person. A testament to his dedication to the human resource profession, he holds the credentials of Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) and Associate Certified Practitioner in Human Resources (aCPHR).

Beyond his institutional responsibilities, Mr. Escartin also serves as the Vice President of the Balanga Campus Alumni Association, actively supporting initiatives that strengthen alumni engagement and foster lasting ties between the University and its graduates.

Through his leadership, professionalism, and commitment to service, Mr. Escartin continues to contribute to the advancement of the University and the strengthening of the BPSU alumni community.

In accordance with University Memorandum PRES.MEM.2026.1004, BPSU offices will revert to the normal onsite operating hours of Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., effective June 1, 2026.

The University Registrarโ€™s Office informs all students regarding the Online Pre-Registration and Enrollment Requirements for the upcoming enrollment period.

The following categories of students are advised to accomplish the Online Pre-Registration Form (see comment section for the links) and comply with the required documents prior to enrollment:
โ€ข Continuing Students โ€“ Incoming Second Year, Third Year, Fourth Year, or Fifth Year students enrolled during AY 2025โ€“2026, Second Semester
โ€ข Returning Students โ€“ Previously enrolled students who were on leave of absence during AY 2025โ€“2026, Second Semester
โ€ข Campus Transferees โ€“ Students with approved campus transfer and/or shifting from one BPSU campus to another
โ€ข Shiftees โ€“ Students with approved shifting from one academic program to another

Incoming second year continuing students are required to submit complete enrollment requirements for them to be allowed access to enroll online through the Enrollment Management System (EMS). Students are advised to check the enrollment schedule of their respective campuses.

Meanwhile, on-site enrollment of continuing third year, fourth year, and fifth year students shall follow the schedules per program and year level set by each campus, except for the Main Campus which shall strictly implement an appointment system. Appointment schedules for the Main Campus shall be sent through the studentsโ€™ official BPSU email accounts.

The Main Campus adopts the appointment system to ensure that class schedules, table of fees, and final grades are properly encoded and posted in the Local Enrollment System (LES). This measure is implemented to prevent inconvenience to students who may come to the campus without being successfully enrolled due to incomplete system preparations.

Students are encouraged to monitor official announcements and comply with the prescribed schedules and requirements to facilitate an orderly and efficient enrollment process.

This initiative supports the attainment of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 โ€“ Quality Education, by ensuring accessible, efficient, and organized enrollment services for learners. Likewise, the use of digital platforms such as the EMS and LES strengthens SDG 9 โ€“ Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure through technology-driven and student-centered public service delivery.

The College of Education achieved an outstanding 97.46% passing rate for first-time takers and an impressive 95.24% overall institutional passing rate, significantly surpassing the national passing rate of 73.10%.
