𝑹𝒖𝒃𝒚 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒐𝒔 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒃𝒂𝒈, 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝑩𝑷𝑺𝑼 and 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐉𝐚𝐢𝐥-𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 led by 𝑱𝑪𝑰𝑵𝑺𝑷 𝑪𝑳𝑰𝑭𝑭 𝑹𝑰𝑪𝑯𝑨𝑹𝑫 𝑻 𝑻𝑶𝑹𝑹𝑬𝑺, 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒕 𝑱𝒂𝒊𝒍 𝑾𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒏 through a 𝑪𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒎 𝒐𝒇 𝑨𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 (𝑴𝑶𝑨) Signing for the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Internship of Psychology students.

This collaboration offers aspiring psychology students opportunities to gain valuable hands-on experience while learning the importance of reform, mental wellness, and community service in the correctional setting. More than a formal agreement, the partnership reflects a shared vision of shaping future professionals who can make a positive impact on the lives of others.

📌 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Upon enrollment, all regular or irregular BS/AB Psychology and BHuman Services students classified as 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 (i.e., Regular – Third Year or Irregular – Third Year status) by the Office of the Campus Registrar are required to wear the white uniform at the start of each academic year.

📌 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿: A two-week grace period from the start of regular classes (i.e., June 22, 2026) will be granted to students who encounter difficulties in purchasing, tailoring, or preparing their Level 3 uniforms. Students are expected to wear their uniforms at all times, especially during major course classes and practicum duties.

Lastly, in accordance with BPSU’s ongoing gender-inclusive mandates, the college permits students to wear the uniform set that aligns with their lived gender identity or s*x assigned at birth. 🌈

DSWD Field Office 3 ad Bataan Peninsula State University Unite to Strengthen Research for Better Social Services

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office III formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) marking a strategic partnership to strengthen evidence-based policymaking in Central Luzon.

The collaboration focuses on two key areas: (1) an evaluation study by the BPSU-KAPWA Research and Psychological Wellness Center on the impact of the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) on the self-sufficiency of 4Ps beneficiaries, and (2) academic integration, aligning student research with DSWD priorities. This initiative supports the implementation of the Central Luzon Research and Evaluation Agenda (CLREA) 2025–2028 and promotes data-driven, responsive, and impactful social policies.

The MOA signing was led by Regional Director Venus F. Rebuldela, together with Assistant Regional Directors Armont C. Pecina and Allyb Albert L. Baybayan. Representing BPSU were University President Ruby B. Santos Matibag and officials from the Balanga City Campus.

The Mental Health First Response (MHFR), in partnership with Bataan Peninsula State University – College of Social and Behavioral Science, will be conducting a 3-Day Exclusive Basic Training.
