Please be informed that the BPSU-Balanga Campus Health Services Unit will be CLOSED for ALL CLINIC TRANSACTIONS on JUNE 17-18, 2026 (Wednesday and Thursday) due to official activities (planning) involving clinic staff.

Regular services will resume on JUNE 19, 2026 (FRIDAY).

ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that Balanga Campus Clinic will accommodate HALF-DAY TRANSACTION ONLY, tomorrow, May 13, 2026, due to the attendance of clinic staff at the Uniwide Seminar on Stoke and Cardiovascular Disease Awareness and Prevention to be held at Plaza Hotel, Balanga City, Bataan.

Regular operations will resume the following working day.

Please be informed of the scheduled dates for the upcoming medical and physical examinations of students.

The medical examination, which includes a CBC with platelet count, urinalysis, and chest X-ray, shall be conducted at an accredited laboratory. The physical examination, on the other hand, shall be conducted at the campus clinic.

The following procedures shall be observed:

1. Google appointments will be facilitated by the Balanga Campus Student Government.
2. Only students with complete medical results will be accommodated.
3. Students must follow their assigned time slots to avoid overcrowding.
4. A medical clearance from a specialist must be submitted by students with comorbidities such as PTB, heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, or pregnancy.
5. A compliance slip will be issued upon completion of the procedures.

Please be informed that there will be NO ONSITE TRANSACTIONS on March 30 to April 1, 2026 in compliance with University Memorandum No. 0691, s. 2026 entitled “Implementation of Online Transactions for Non-Teaching Personnel and Asynchronous Learning Modality on March 30 to April 1, 2026."

This directive is anchored on University Memorandum No. 0552, entitled "Austerity Measures in Response to Global Fuel and Energy Concerns" dated March 16, 2026, which encourages minimizing onsite operations where feasible.
